20.01.2022 Science ... explains how peppermint oil helped ease my sinus headache last night with a drop on each temple (a little 'fumey' for the eyes for 20min but chasing a toddler at witching hour so I needed to pull out all stops !!) Lots of other uses of course but last night peppermint was my best friend !!

20.01.2022 I am loving manuka !!! Not just for my pregnancy skin but my boy had the onset of a cough and congestion. 13.01.2022 Gosh it was an oily overload today !!! From lavender + tea tree around his ears with pain due to teething. Through to the toddler tantrum roller (balance, wild orange + frankie) on his feet for his huge emotions (I totally diffused this as well as he was really struggling to center) Plus of course our normal immune support roller down his spine and correct x on the knee scrape from adventuring. FINALLY to sleep we diffuse easy air at night and a lavender peace + vetiver blend for his feet !! All worth it when I lay him down to sleep and nuggle next to him. He doses off and as I sneak out he throws an arm over me pinning me down. I will totally take all the sleeping toddler attention I can get cos I am poop'd !!! Xx

12.01.2022 It makes me so made when products like this are on the market and aloud to falsely advertise. Beautiful families try these oils and when the oils don't actually support there health in anyway, these family move away from essential oils stating 'they don't work'

12.01.2022 The oil of protection !! This powerful blend of extracts protects not only physically but against negative emotional + spiritual influence as well !! physically this blend is literally the BOMB !! Adults can take in a capsule on guard (2) with lemon (2), oregano (1) and tea tree (1) to throw a 'bomb' on cold and flue symptoms.... I use to suffer from regular cold sores and take this little bomb at the onset of an itch. This morning the itch started (in the same spot I always get a cold sore). 11.01.2022 {SINUS SUPPORT} I have recovered from my head cold but my sinus still get congested at night !!! I laid down and had that full head feel and sinus burn start. I applied peppermint (a drop behind each ear) and I swear within 10 min the burn had gone and the pressure in my head stopped. My sinus are still full but my nose stopped running. Our diffuser usually has it running daily !!! 10.01.2022 This was my birth affirmation as I drifted off to sleep when pregnant with my son. 09.01.2022 Wow how true is this !!! Everything we do isn't meant to be comfortable !! Personal + spiritual development flow in when you push past what is 'safe' and embrace those fears To help remember to nurture yourself. Hot yoga, meditation, essential oils ... surfing, dancing and working out (so many other options to get those endorphins supporting you and your energies shifting) All things that shake us up and help realign our bodies with a flood of happy chemicals !!! 06.01.2022 Breast feeding support !!! Fennel, clary sage and FCO rubbed at the top of the boob !! My milk supply with my small 3 week old was struggling as she had a tongue/lip tie and using a nipple shield has really dropped my milk. Insert my little roller ball and wow !!! I can even use peppermint again for my sinus/head cold issues ... (peppermint isn't recommended for breast feeding as it can drop milk supply for some mama's but for me the use of fennel counters this and allows me some relief from the nasal drip and congestion) so grateful for these oils right now !!!

04.01.2022 Thank goodness for oils today !!! "No Bowie you can't throw your cars dude, if you do it again mummy will put it in the bin" (shit I said in my head as now I had to follow through!!) ... beaus cousin rides off on his bike and 'said car' flew past her head as he decided he wanted it. So car went in the bin and foreseeable tantrums begun add drops to roller and fill with FCO. Roll on feet and a spot on the tip of there nose. This bit is easy for us as beau usually steals the ...roller and shoves it up his nose haha. If possible I also like to rub a bit on the back of his neck as well less is more. When we started trying blends we started with 4 lavender peace + 2 each of the woodie oils to find out what beau was sensitive too as he is only a little human. We finished with cuddles and belly tickles and I swear he was out like a light in 10min (ask my mum she was there but I did kinda cheat as it was only 10min off his day nap time) think calm, grounding, soothing + sedate (all naturally and safely of course with plant power !!)

01.01.2022 Oh gosh I just found another reason to LOVE peppermint !!! It's amazing in my bliss balls and protein shakes. Helps suppress appetite, support sinusitis and congestion, helps at times of stress for focus like exams or simply when you get that 3pm fog.
