11.01.2022 Dear valued Little Red Dumpling customers, due to the recent escalation of COVID-19 our dining room seating is temporarily unavailable from 23 March. In difficult times, it’s the little things that make us feel normal, like enjoying your favourite dumplings. That’s why we have been working hard to keep our kitchen open and still provide takeaway / delivery at our normal opening time. Social distance is everyone’s priority under current circumstances. Therefore, we have implem...ented following changes to our restaurant setup: 1. Self-order iPads outdoor for you to order take away, just like the way you used to dine in with us earlier. One of our friendly staff will bring your bill out with our eftpos machine to process payment. All you need to do is take a seat outside and enjoy the cool breeze, we will bring your order out once it’s ready. If you prefer cash payment you’ll still be safe, we will be sanitising our hands after every transaction. 2. We moved our take away order counter forward close to the front door. For most customers who prefer to order face to face, it will be much more convenient to order at our front door rather than coming in all the way inside. 3. Why not stock up some of your favourite dumplings in the freezer? You can DIY anytime at home. It’s super easy to cook our dumplings the way you like at home, don’t mention to surprise your beloved family members. Plus, we will provide instructions and our tasty sauce! Ask our friendly staff for options and receive 10% discount when you purchase 3 serves or more together. 4. We have implemented extra measures to keep everything clean. Our staff members will wear disposable gloves and masks when preparing food and greeting customers, for best maintaining hygiene and reducing risks. Please be assured that none of our staff members had been sick or travelling overseas in the last two months. 5. We will be cleaning and sanitising the table, tablets and eftpos machine after each order and transaction. The health and wellbeing of you and the community are always our number one priority. In the meantime, we make sure there are enough stock to keep your family happy and safe!
