24.01.2022 - OLIVER at one year _ Gosh this kid kills me! His expression when we gave him the cake was priceless. He couldnt care less for it, but the smiles when there was no cake never ended. If you did a cake smash, what was your baby like? Shove it in kind of kid, or not interested and are they sweet-tooths now or more savory?

11.01.2022 - JAGGER - The first thing that popped into my head when this couple mentioned their babies name was Jagger was "the swagger like Jagger" line and low and behold Daddy asked for a music theme. This little man rocked his session ;)

05.01.2022 What a beautiful ride it has been. As I post this heart filled birth with two wonderful couples sharing the most precious gift of all, a human life, I am also filled with a sadness as I announce this will be my last birth for the foreseeable future. I have been to be a part of so many families special moments as they bring life into this world and I feel truly blessed to have been asked over 7 years ago to go on this journey, but its now time to hang up my hat for a while doi...ng births and spend the time with my family. The one thing that I can say after this time spent with so many varied families and women in their most vulnerable moments is that every birth is different. And no matter the journey it really is amazing and so invigorating to be able to witness those first breaths of life. I don't see this as the end for me and photographing births, but it is a pause for the moment. Thank you all for letting me share these with you all. And now to these two wonderful couples who had me in tears the other day they welcomed their little boy into the world.
