Through lot of growth over the past 2 years, reflection and team work we have received our overall rating from our recent Assessment and Rating visit, and we are pleased to announced we achieved an overall rating of MEETING! and MEETING in ALL 7 areas of the National Quality Standards. We welcome the achievement, and now will use the feedback provided to set new goals and keep our growth and development proactive as we aim to reach Exceeding.

15.01.2022 At Little Saints we love to see children busy, engaged and simulated. Today our mat was very busy with lots of construction, imagination, manipulation and group play happening. All these play types allow our children to develop; Thinking strategies, problem solving skills, communication skills, team work skills, supports the children's ideas and imagination and allows them to share humor and happiness. 15.01.2022 Through our play based learning program. Our friends at Little Saints have gained an interest in money. This interest has now become our group project for Term 3 . Each day we have been learning about how we can use money, what it looks like and why. Together we have learnt so much about money, such as the animals on each of the coins and the numbers tell us the amount. We will continue this ever gaining interest by exploring with our access to technology, books and conversations at our group times and hope to make connects with the local bank.

Today we had a mum share with us the life cycle of silk warms (inline with our caterpillar project). The children had the opportunity to connect with live silk worms, creating a moment for the children to learn about nature and caring for it!
