18.01.2022 Today the Little Stars enjoyed a new spontaneous art and craft experience of using food colouring, paper towel and a dropper. Squeezing the dropper to collect the food colouring the children created marvellous patterns and art in their own way on the piece of paper towel. Our outstanding learners seek out new challenges and apply excellent creativity skills through our child led curriculum plans.

17.01.2022 This week the babies focused their science week on learning about shadows, light, reflections, colours and sensory exploration.

16.01.2022 This week our classes incorporated recycling into our programs as part of our sustainability practices. The Little Twinkles created this fantastic dinosaur from a recycled box, milk and egg cartons. The children then painted the dinosaur and displayed their creative work for our families to see. 16.01.2022 School Readiness is an important part of our preschool program at Little Sparkles and drives our young learners to achieve outstanding learning opportunities. In our 3-5 room we believe self-help skills, social skills, emotional regulation, cognitive opportunities, nature and gross motor activities prepare your little one for Big school and form our child-centred educational program.

14.01.2022 Kids N Traffic is a program designed to educate young children about road safety with implementation from our educators at Little Sparkles. Today we engaged in a bingo game and discussed how we sit in the car, when we hold a grown ups hand and when we cross the road. This experience will be followed up by creating our own traffic lights and understanding what each coloured light means.

13.01.2022 We are blessed to offer a beautiful, nurturing and boutique 0-2 nursery space where our youngest learners spend most of their day. Here they explore and investigate the world around them, building up their physical skills and developing their sense of identity.

12.01.2022 Today after our rest time our preschool children enjoyed making necklaces and bracelets. As they engaged in this fun creative experience they developed key school readiness skills, fine motor skills and the ability to commit to a set task.
