17.01.2022 STAGE ONE CONSTRUCTION UNDERWAY We are delighted to advise that after a comprehensive tendering process Bitu-mill (Civil) Pty Ltd (Bitu-mill) has been appointed to complete Stage 1 civil works at Little Springs, Deanside. Stage 1 civil work encompasses the preparation of individual residential lots ready for home construction, the provision of all underground services including water, electricity, communications and sewerage, construction of associated roadways and works on... wetland areas. We anticipate Bitu-mill will complete Stage 1 works in June 2021* after which all Certificates of Compliance will need to be received. We anticipate receiving titles approximately September 2021. After that, purchasers can finalise settlement and get ready to start building their new home. With the construction process now underway, we look forward to providing regular construction updates in the weeks and months ahead.

Re-opening at the end of 2019, Rockbank station has been rebuilt from the ground up with new platforms, improved security, 350 car spaces, bus and taxi zones, secure bike storage and more.
