18.01.2022 Some of you have already had the pleasure of being in @sharolsebastian from @perthyogastore classes, so it is with absolute joy I can announce Sharol will be delivering teachings from the Classical Hatha texts (Yoga Hatha Pradapika & the Gheranda Samhita. The Yoga Philosophy course will run over 8 Sunday’s. You are welcome to do the whole 8 weeks or on a casual basis. Each session will be divided into 3 parts:... 1. Asana practice & breakdown 2.
