23.01.2022 Special, perfect-for-autumn Gusto Gelato flavour hitting their freezers tomorrow featuring Littlesweet Baking : ) This little take-home pack was waiting for me at the Leederville store to take home and try (gotta love perks) and it tastes *exactly* like the cake in it. I guess because that's how they do it - they literally put the cake in the gelato and smoosh it up. Genius really

23.01.2022 Exciting news guys! Even if I wasn't going to be at this market, it would be my absolute priority to go check it out - seriously, look at the list of who will be there! It's like one giant Perth baking awesomeness fest. Flour Market has its roots it Melbourne but is heading West for this event. They have a very cool concept where they give you a cake box when you enter so you can wander round and keep popping yummy things into your box. I'm so excited to be a part of it - it's been way, way too long since I did a market with our baked products.

23.01.2022 Speaking of Mothers Day - did you guys know Jess at Harper's Food Market is actually a florist and that this is why and how they always have the most gorgeous flowers? Well now you do : ) So a subtle hint to the flower buyer in your family is probably in order Mums out there. Because Mothers Day is not the time for supermarket or petrol station flowers guys. No way Jose. Don't even go thinking that might be ok. Oh - and bonus! - they also have *all things Littlesweet* - including a huge delivery of cupcakes arriving on Saturday morning.

12.01.2022 And there it is! Personally I'm not a huge fan of carrot cake but I know a lot of people are because I bake heaps of them for Harper's Food Market. This gelato flavour was actually bit of a serendipitous happening - a couple of slabs of carrot cake were baked at the wrong weight so I sent them along to Gusto to experiment with - and this is the result! Genius idea to layer it with cream cheese gelato I have to say

10.01.2022 Someone asked me if I'll be taking the baking mixes to Flour Market on Saturday - and the answer is absolut! (as they say in all the Swedish noir dramas I've been watching since I discovered I can watch SBS on demand on the real telly ; ) Translation: Yes! Absolutely! Again yes! Most definitely! Because to be honest, I feel I need to play whatever small part I can for all those Mothers who have kids who like to make them a cake on Mothers Day. Just trying to make your cleaning up easier and help you get a cake you actually enjoy eating ; )

01.01.2022 Mothers Day @ Harper's Food Market. The shop looked so amazing when I delivered to them this afternoon I had to take photos of everything. The flowers are stunning guys! Jess has excelled herself. And there is littlesweet *everything* waiting for you - including a squidillion cupcakes (they can box them for you if need 6 : ), all the biscuits, all the cakes, brownies and bars, all the baking mixes and even the Chocolate Almond Buttercrunch Toffee. If you've never been, I really recommend popping in to check them out - great people, great products and great service. It's so lovely to see a local business go from strength to strength.
