17.01.2022 A Zen blend for a good friend - Frankincense, Vetiver, Lavender, Bergamot, Cedarwood and Juniper Berry This blend is focused on grounding, releasing stress, calming emotions, soothing the mind and relaxing the body. This blend is super charged with Moonstones for its ability to calm emotions and aid in emotional healing and Rose Quartz as it’s believed to draw off negative energy, replacing it with loving vibes. This blend can be applied anytime, anywhere - rolled on the nape of the neck, temples, soles of the feet, behind the ears and wrists.

15.01.2022 My in-laws apricot tree has grown the cutest little apricots this season. So today I’ve whipped up a quick coconut, almond, apricot tart with a few drops of lemon essential oil. It’s an incredibly versatile oil and typically takes 45 lemons to make one 15ml bottle ... so if you like lemon-infused anything like I do, than having this oil is a must! #doterraessentialoils

11.01.2022 The beautiful Tilba valley had some much needed rain last night and our tank is forever thankful! This morning we are diffusing a beautiful rainy day blend as we wake up to a misty Gulaga Mountain and rain drenched valley views. Bergamot, a top note, for its citrus and floral punch. Juniper Berry, a middle note, for its fresh and spicy scent. Cedarwood, a base note, for its warm and woody aroma. All 3 oils have grounding, calming and purifying properties and aromatically blend beautifully. Absolutely loving this cosy day. Happy Friday!

08.01.2022 After our little vacay to Melbourne visiting family & friends, we unfortunately brought back a big city gastro bug. We’ve been in self imposed quarantine and are taking the time to reset our routines after an action packed 2 weeks. There were a few oils we didn’t leave home without and I will be posting about these gems over the next few days. The first is DigestZen our saving blend for our upset stomachs while we rode out this bug. Taken internally or topically - it was never left behind. We applied it on our bellies after most meals we ate in Melbourne as it was definitely an eating extravaganza! I find one drop the perfect accompaniment in my cup of tea with a spoonful of honey for daily digestive support.

06.01.2022 A natural immune support and non-toxic cleanser to help protect against environmental and seasonal threats. We use this blend to clean around the house and it was perfect to take with us on our Melbourne trip. I kept this blend of Tea Tree and On Guard essential oils diluted with water in a small amber spritzer bottle in my bag. It was used on our hands as a quick natural hand sanitiser and doubled as a hay fever fighter when inhaled. Both oils have many incredible benefits ... but I love them for their energising, uplifting aromas and air purifying qualities #doterraessentialoils
