23.01.2022 Beautiful flash

20.01.2022 **COVID UPDATE** Dear clients, please do not stress as your current booking that has already begun will still continue as per normal. The new restrictions do not impact the majority of the services I offer. Walking dogs is restricted purely because I do not live in your neighborhood and exercise is only permitted for one hour per day in your own neighborhood. Those of you who have dog walking booked, will be refunded accordingly and I will implement extra play time at my vi...sits. Visits without walking will still proceed as per normal however, I will implement the use of wearing a mask, as per the new governing law that states masks are now mandatory. Those of you who have upcoming bookings, I will update you if there are any changes as we learn new information. For now, if the lockdown stays for only five days, no cancellations should be in place. Clients who are unable to return home as you've planned, please keep in regular contact with me so I can organise urgent care for your pets and rearrange my schedule as needed. I will not leave your pets without care, we will work something out. Thank you for your understanding, stay safe and if you have any questions please let me know!

20.01.2022 The lovely Cookie

18.01.2022 Flash and Nessy

17.01.2022 Kitten is halfway through his treatment and is doing extremely well so far! We ran some bloods today to see where things were at and he got the big thumbs up as... his levels have started to fit back into their normal ranges. This means he is on the right track with his treatment, he is where he is supposed to be at this point! It's so hard to remember he is still unwell, his bloods show he is not 100% back to normal but on the outside you wouldn't think so. You would think there's nothing wrong with him! Thank you to everyone who has supported us to this day, we still have six weeks left with more medication and another vet visit at the end of all of this to make sure he's healthy again. We still have plenty of Cadbury freddo frog chocolates left, they are 2 for $1. We really need to sell them so we can use the money to pay for kittens vet bill - if you want any, please just message me! If you would like to support Kitten's FIP journey, here's where you can donate: MyCause: https://www.mycause.com.au/pa/231214/help-kitten-get-better Paypal: https://paypal.me/cjwraven?locale.x=en_AU If you would like to do a bank transfer, just let me know and I can send you the details. 15.01.2022 Treats for these two absolutely love Chet and Sancha. They were one of my very first clients and I have been caring for them for almost 3 years now!

13.01.2022 Hey everyone, we still have a bunch of goodies available. Freddo varieties are 2 for $1 Dairy milk bars are $2.50 EA Lolly bags are $3 EA (Fruit chews sold out)... Please let me know if you want any, the money will go directly towards Kitten's outstanding vet bill. He is due to have some blood work done this week as well, so the money will go towards that too. I am happy to post if you live far, you'll just have to pay the postage costs. Kitten is doing really well, he has reached over 5kg now which is fantastic. He's had a few nasty sores pop up from the injection, one which he mutilated and needed to wear the cone of shame for a while to let it heal. We are almost half way through this journey with Saturday being the six week mark. 12.01.2022 Say hello to Ruby, she is a lovely girl who I absolutely adore definitely have a soft spot for cats haha It's been quite some time since I've posted, but pet sitting hasn't stopped that's for sure. COVID-19 has had a small impact however my regular clients have been lucky to continue work, which means I've been able to continue pet sitting and seeing all my favourite pets.

12.01.2022 He's been found **MISSING CAT - TWO ROCKS AREA**

11.01.2022 Snakes are starting to wake up from their long winter rest, and our pets are once again at risk! All snake bites or suspected snake bites in Australia should be... treated as life-threatening. It is vital that you keep your pet calm and as still as possible. Try to limit any movement (including walking) as much as possible and transport them to your nearest veterinary practice immediately, even if they look well. If you are not close to a veterinary clinic and the bite was witnessed to have occurred on a limb, apply a pressure immobilisation bandage to that limb before transporting the animal to a veterinarian. The bandage should cover the entire limb, from the paw to the base of the limb. The pressure bandage should not be applied too tight as to restrict blood flow, but at a similar tightness to what would be applied for a sprained ankle. There is no role for a pressure immobilisation bandage for bites that are not on a limb. The sooner your pet is treated, the better their chances of survival. Symptoms of snake bites include: - Sudden weakness followed by collapse - Vomiting - Laboured breathing - Paralysis, starting with the hind legs - Loss of bladder and bowel control - Shaking or twitching of the muscles - Blood in the urine DO NOT try to catch or kill the snake for ID or for any other purpose DO NOT apply a tourniquet DO NOT wash the bite site DO NOT cut, suck or apply any other treatments to the bite-site Our service is free for all pet owners and has assisted over 5,000 accidentally poisoned pets so far this year. You can save a pet’s life by keeping this critical service free. Please visit animalpoisons.com.au/support to learn about ways you can support the service.

06.01.2022 Love the weather at the moment making it perfect to walk Marley and Trigger out of the heat

05.01.2022 Happy world animal day!

04.01.2022 Cookie, she's so cuddly today, as always.

03.01.2022 It's been a hot week already, but the next few days are much hotter and much higher on the fire rating index. It's extremely important to keep your pets inside and make sure they have clean fresh water regularly. Also on that note - have you got a fire evacuation plan? Do you and your family know what to do if you need to evacuate? Do you have enough pet carriers for all your pets? Will everyone fit in the car? Do a practice run if you have to, be prepared and stay up to ...date with the fire departments alerts and warnings. If you have any tips about keeping your pets cool in this heat, drop them in the comments section

03.01.2022 Whilst I understand that Two Rocks is a bit of a distance from the fire zone, but it is just that - far away from it and a safe space at the moment. If you have evacuated and need somewhere to safely leave your pets, please get in contact with the page, I have space for various animals (cats, dogs, birds, rabbits, guinea pigs, reptiles). I have contacts located all around Perth who may be able to assist with temporarily housing your pets. *I have just been informed that Canine Country Club are able to provide assistance as well! *Vetwest Animal Hospitals are offering assistance where they can too!

02.01.2022 Managed to catch and cuddle Jack! He doesn't look too impressed though

02.01.2022 We went for a walk and when I got back I hosed Marley down, i walked around the corner to find her rubbing her body all over the rocks and then she gave up

01.01.2022 A great example of what you can do to help our wildlife during this hot weather
