25.01.2022 What a huge week! Thank you everyone for all your support! Now here is a question..... You have picked your own strawberries.... do you want to pick your own veggies? The answer is a sure YES!!! Our good friends at the Tasmanian Kitchen Pantry can help with that! I believe it is so important for kids to see sometimes what some vegetables really look like rather then all the perfect shapes at the supermarket. So on your weekend after visiting us why not also go the extra mil...e and pick your own vegetables too!!!!!! 25.01.2022 We are going to be super busy with our fruit looking like this!!! PYO Saturday $12/kg you can bring your own containers or we provide them. Open 9.30 till 4pm, get in while it lasts! We all also have a strawberry gin, strawberry liqueur and our baubles all ready aswell for purchase. It is going to be a lovely day so get the kids out and even go pick your own veggies too from the Tasmanian kitchen pantry just 7.5km up the road!!! 19.01.2022 *******PLEASE SHARE****** At Littlewood we are always looking for new ways to help save waste and minimise wastage on our farm. We now have a Tasmanian first cardboard basket that can be purchased for $2 but re-used every time you come back and visit our farm - as long as it is looked after correctly They are $2 each, they make carrying strawberries (especially for little ones) a lot easier and fit our 1kg bio-degradable containers perfectly in the bottom (or you can use... your own containers to line IF YOU WISH). We pride ourselves on being a non waste enterprise and want to limit waste to and from our farm. They are currently in stock and we look forward to people using them on our next open day, Thursday (tomorrow) from 9.30 till 4pm xx See more

The old have been given tender loving clips and the new are doing fabulous with all the rain. We have even spotted early flowers and fruit! ... 13.01.2022 We have a shout out to one of our younger followers! Hi Eliza Cattoo! Sorry it has taken me so long to get some photos to you! So I have put some photos up of our new plants (planted in May) and some of ones planted last year. We are looking good! We need more leaf cover before flowering so they have some shelter, so cross your fingers and toes for a good month. We are aiming to have fruit by end of October ! Don't forget we have ice creams, coffee and all our treats available every Wednesday 9.30 till 3.30pm. Thanks for being so interested in agriculture Eliza, see you soon xxx

13.01.2022 Strawberry season is getting so close. So looking forward to again having strawberries ready for your favourite recipe - maybe this one below -throwback to 2013! But no need to wait for our famous ice cream. Our strawberries teamed with the amazing Valhalla ice cream, just for us and ready to enjoy in a cup or cone, Wednesday’s at the Patch until our picking season starts. 08.01.2022 Morning all, we have a fresh delivery of Ally's Sweet Treats ! We have our signature biscuits - a tiny bite of vanilla and lemon. Also Paint Your Own - the gingerbread house and gingerbread train driver. We have a really small quantity of Christmas themed paint your own, mention this post and you’re welcome to have them at two for $12. These are great edible activity - for young and old!
