20.01.2022 Have you noticed how lush the vines are looking at the moment? All this summer sunshine is doing wonders for the endless rows of Cabernet, Chardonnay and all th...e other yummy wines growing right now, ready for vintage 2021. It's hard to say exactly when they'll be ready to pick this far out, but viticulturists and winemakers from Yallingup to Karridale and everywhere in between will be keeping a keen eye on the grapes, tasting the berries almost daily to check when they hit the perfect ripeness. We're no experts but we'd say it's looking absolutely lovely at Gralyn Estate where this sunrise piccy was taken. If you're in the region, do yourself a favour and get tasting at a few wineries to find some cellar door gems and wines you probably won't see anywhere else.
