12.01.2022 Heartfulness practice with your kid(s). 3 Steps to get started 1. Sit comfortably with straight spine. You can sit in a chair or on the floor. Gently close your eyes and just focus on feeling relaxed.... 2. Place your hands in front of your heart space. Take a moment to tune into your heart. Begin to feel a vibration and energy in your heart. 3. As your mind wanders, gently return to this focus in the heart. Thoughts that arise will naturally fall away and not trouble you after some time of practice and it’s ok if they still bother you. Just keep returning back to focus on the vibration you feel around your heart. How long should you practice? Depending on your kid’s age and their attention span. Never force them to stay sitting still. Instead, encourage them to be curious about what they discover in the practice.
