25.01.2022 If you like Pilates I can thoroughly recommend Mari Winsor. Her ab work is really good and she guides you through the workout thoroughly. Also love Bob Harper from America's Biggest Loser. His workouts are tough but you work up to them. He incorporate weights which are great, especially for fat burning, strength and bone density. Of course Michelle Bridges with her latest series of Project Shape Up, Project Ripped and Project Extreme are all very good and again she guides you and you have small breaks in between. I walk the stairs at work from level 3 to level 15 so that is good for the heart and fat burning. Only do it once per day and sometimes vary it by doing every other day as your body gets used to repetition and you don't get any benefit. So there are a few options, explore them and see how you go. Best of health!

17.01.2022 Well here we are in a very cold winter but I must admit I love it because you can get cosy and warm. Don't forget to take your Vitamin C and eat the right foods. Walking will keep you all warm. I am pleased to say that I have now lost 12 1/2 kgs which I think is quite a feat! I feel so much better and make the right food choices. It's amazing the number of compliments I have had, from people I never thought even noticed! I suppose when you are in the right 'head space' you can achieve so much. If you want to live your best life, don't diminish your dreams when they come into your thoughts. Dreams do come true, if only we wish hard enough! I firmly believe this so if you want to change your life start now you will be amazed at what you can achieve.

12.01.2022 I am passionate about the role of the Executive Assistant. It is one of experience, trust, dedication, common sense, organisation and a great negotiator. We are worth our weight in gold and we give 150% to our job. Our role is to ensure that our boss is able to meet his goals and thus perform his role to the very best of his ability. You are behind him and his team and you are a vital asset to his organisation. Most of us had formal training, beginning at a business colle...ge and working our way through organisations to gain vital experience. Our job is equivalent to a managerial role and therefore our qualifications and experience should be acknowledged. It saddens me to think that there are those in organisations who wish to downgrade our profession. To them we are just the 'Girl Friday' filling up the photocopier and tidying up the office. We have a brain and we have vital knowledge and organisational skills that allow us to perform many tasks on all levels. Why then are we not recognised as deserving of a top salary. Why are we scrutinised and why are there those who wish to dismiss us. I will do all I can to promote this wonderful profession and I hope there are those Executive Assistants who would like to join me in my quest. I often speak on the EA as a Competent speaker and in fact will be speaking at the 9th Annual EA & PA Convention in Sydney on 17 and 18 March next. I look forward to seeing you all there.

09.01.2022 I have lost 9.9kgs and feel just great. Eating well and exercising are so good for you. Get out there and do something great for yourself!

02.01.2022 I have had enough of public transport not running to timetables. The 184 which is supposed to get to manly vale at 5.40am turns up whenever it likes. It is supposed to arrive at wynyard at 6.08am which gives me time to catch my connecting train at 6.17am. I now miss this train most of the time arriving in parramatta 20 minutes late for work. When you get up at 4.30am to get to the bus stop you expect that the bus will turn up! Why doesn't someone do same about this. Forget your opal ticket just give us buses that run on time.
