14.01.2022 We are excited to share with you, the finishing touches on Pavilion's main park. The park is a safe place for families to embrace the outdoors and residents will soon be able to utilise the park's beautifully designed play equipment.
06.01.2022 Pavilion: Construction Update Stage 6A: Roads are now complete and concreting works are underway. Over the next four weeks, we will be completing all the topsoiling works and cleaning up the site. Wetland civil works are on track to be complete end November.... Estate Update: Landscaping of the wetlands and park will commence in December or January and we are currently looking at an opening in April 2020. We’ve just planted another 10,000 plants on Morrison Road at the entry to the estate, adding to the 20,000 already planted. We’re expecting the area to look fantastic heading into summer!
05.01.2022 Pavilion Construction Update: September - Stages 1 8A are complete - Wetland and Park are complete and open - Stage 9 has just achieved PC. Titles expected in early October... - Stage 10 PC expected in 2-3 weeks. See more
