25.01.2022 Here's a video of one of my clients Jess Brew doing a quick and effective upper body band workout. Bands are great for a multitude of reasons! One, in particular, is the way they increase resistance as you push or pull, which is a great way to add another dynamic to your training and keep your body guessing to get stronger or more toned. They're also relatively affordable, easy to store and there are endless exercises and variations you can do with them. ... Don't underestimate the power of the bands!



14.01.2022 If you can get your hands on a Bosu ball, make sure you get one! Using a Bosu ball is a great way to add variations to your workout to keep them exciting and challenging. One of my favorite ab exercises is the Mountain Climber. It brings your heart rate up while working your abs and using your chest and shoulders for support. The more muscles you use during an exercise means, the more calories you burn, and the more toned you will become. By adding instability to the already challenging mountain climber, you have now turned your ab exercise into a full-body workout!
