Ash has played a huge role in the past 2 years helping to grow our business whilst owning her own business. She has been behind our website, Facebook, Instagram and emails. She is not just part of our business, she is our family ... None of this would have been possible without her. Her cake was Lemon meringue inspired. Vanilla bean sponge layered with fresh lemon curd and a Swiss Meringue Buttercream. Finished with gold leaf and plenty of fresh flowers. ( At one stage meringue was piped around the sides but I later scraped it all off )
