25.01.2022 Wanna see what the look like? There's all different brands and sizes I use. This is one of the more common. Thin as! They won't even leave a mark. Sometimes with deep tissue we have to break down the tissue manually which works but can cause pain. These have the same aim but cause much less pain Plus super effective without being invasive to the tissue itself :) #pleasurepins #dryneedling #remedialtherapy #sportstherapy #liveeasy

23.01.2022 Some serious work being done at Live Easy this week. From kicking piriformis in the butt and helping with lower back pain to knocking headaches on the head! I often have people come in and justify pain, things like I'm getting old or I've always had it. The thing is there is ALWAYS a reason for pain. Even if damage due to injury or repetitive use is irreversible, we can still help manage pain and get you feeling better again. ... 23.01.2022 Little bit of taping we did for a client last week. For a calf strain happened in the morning :). It's always best to get something looked at, quite often it's too inflamed to do much manual work, you would be surprised at how much quicker you can recover with work to reduce the initial swelling and taping up for support. 15.01.2022 We can now open after the restrictions we had due to Covid-19! I will still be practicing using the government guidelines with infection control. This means there will be sufficient time in between each client to clean. This means a reduction in clients I am able to see per day. Also mobile services are no longer available until further notice. As soon as these can start again I will let you all know. As long as we all comply we hope to stay open and hopefully all fellow bus...inesses will be open soon. So excited to get started back in to work again, we will be open as of June 1st 2020. Taking bookings now. I also want to take this opportunity to introduce our newest Remedial Therapist to the Live Easy team. Kelsey McMurdo from Northshore Remedial. Kelsey is fully qualified in Remedial Therapy and Cupping. She has all her health funds in place this includes Medibank and HCF whom I do not have cover with. She is available just as much as me so we have so much more flexibility with booking people in. She helps out with the local women's footy team and is keen to get up and running here :). Live Easy

13.01.2022 We are looking good to open tomorrow :) masks have to be worn I'm hoping to hear from my association to if they have to be worn on the table or not. However that looks I'll ask people to wear their mask until they are in the clinic room and put it on before they come out. There is plenty of hand sanitizer to use before you come in and when you leave :) I will also be implementing the WA safe QR code again. I will be cleaning every surface so this will make the transition bet...ween clients a little longer. I am away as of the 14th of Feb for 2 weeks. This week is looking very busy but I do have some space Monday and Tuesday please contact me asap if you want in before I go :)

10.01.2022 Renos are done! I've got the clean up now for the rest of this week. Making sure we are compliant with the Covid-19 guidelines. There's been lots of dust and paint It's been the best time for me to get all this stuff done so thanks for being patient even though we were able to open a few weeks ago! With the strict hygiene practices still in place the monster Reno jobs I've taken on won't be done till the end of this month. Making it unsafe. 02.01.2022 Update on Mask wearing! You don't have to wear a mask when having your treatment thankfully! (Would have been so uncomfortable) Trust that I will be fully disinfecting the areas anyone is in including the face cradle after each use.... But please wear your mask in to the room, then remove while we treat you and then pop your mask back on before leaving the treatment room :) Three things I need from you is to sign in on the WA safe app, wear your mask and use the hand sanitizer. Anyone who doesn't want to do this I am happy to reschedule you for when this is no longer a requirement.
