Is this you aswell? - Thinking about how I used to write off winter as a ‘bulk’ season.. enter the mentality of loose guidelines, easy season, chill time.. was laziness - turns to a .. turns to of my training .. in turn leads to a in business at this time of year aswell. ! ... This season I’ve reignited my training and my business by getting in both. Doubling down and in my usual ‘slump’ of the year. Yeah I still had ‘abs’ at %22 - but now I’ve dropped %4 BF in 3weeks.. under 20 again.. heading for %15 then %10 I will lead from the front. Here are 3 tips to get through it and thrive in it! 1) Stop thinking you need a gym to stay or get fit! It’s hurting you more than it’s helping you.
