25.01.2022 Have you lost a loved one from Brain Cancer? Are you currently caring for a family member/friend who has brain cancer? Are you struggling with a loved ones diag...nosis of brain cancer? As part of the 2019 Innovation Grants funded by MHF, a new app called Breathing Space was developed by mental health researchers at the University of Newcastle. Breathing Space offers significant benefits to friends and family members of people with Brain Cancer. This social networking intervention offers a safe, clinically moderated, private space for people affected by a loved one’s diagnosis to connect with others on a similar journey, ask questions, offer advice, and share stories. It is our hope that the Breathing Space app will bring much needed support for those who are effected by a loved ones diagnosis with Brain Cancer said Mark Hughes founder of the Mark Hughes Foundation.
