21.01.2022 Happy Mothers Day! To the Mums, Grans, Aunties and carers! To all the amazing, strong women I know and inspire me daily! I hope you all have a beautiful day, surrounded by love. Joined with your family or from at distance during this time ... I’m thinking of you all. You never really understand what it feels like to be a mother until you actually are one. That might sound obvious, but it couldn’t ring truer. Having my own children has made me realise how everything I do i...s for my children, before myself. The sacrifices we make for them are just part of the journey, and I wouldn’t change a thing. Let’s celebrate this day and the gift that Motherhood is. It is such an amazing gift. Not one I take for granted. It took sometime to conceive Ava, had all sorts of serious medical issues during my her pregnancy, and a rough birth. And Scarlett gave us a scare during pregnancy too when she stopped growing and had to be induced early. Every woman’s journey through these times is different, some much tougher than others. Today is a day to reflect and recognise just how lucky we are. #happymothersday #mumlife #liveandbehappy

05.01.2022 A surreal feeling today It’s finally done! It’s ours! @buildingthebrownhouse we are moving in Sooooo many challenge, roadblocks, testing moments ... and yet so much learning, growing and moments of celebration! Given the trying times we are all faced with and united by at present ... feels a little more urgent that we are in, more than overjoyed. I’m sure with clarity and a lot of hard work as we make our build a home, it will become even more exciting. Making new memo...ries with the family on our property and in our home.
