23.01.2022 So at 3.30am this morning I lay awake thinking about this very thing and had to post this on FB. Seems it has come up a lot in conversations lately. "We are our Belief System"! How we Feel, Think, Live, Laugh & Love is based on what 'we' (everyone is individual) BELIEVE to be true, not only about ourselves but others and the world around us! (Our Belief System).... I invite you to be ópen' to changing any beliefs that you have that will better your life or the lives of others. A lot of these beliefs are based on FEAR FALSE EVIDENCE APPEARING REAL What would you be open to changing your beliefs about? I will start below.....

21.01.2022 Day 21 of Detox reached with success YAY!!!!

19.01.2022 New Beginnings are about letting go of the past. The lessons that were learnt and the beautiful memories shared.

19.01.2022 How Good Does it Feel! Something I have really been pondering over the last few days. It started with going to a PT session Friday morning at 6.15am .... I just so wanted to stay in bed and sleep more.....the excuses and reasoning that was going on in my mind and the temptation to just roll over go back to sleep and simply say "I slept In". Problem was another voice in the back of my mind was going "Think about how good you are going to feel" Well that voice won and yes after the session finished I did feel so much better and glad I had made the effort to get out of bed. Does this happen to you?

18.01.2022 I am grateful that we have the tools of Zoom, Skype etc to still be able to provide my Hypnotherapy sesions to clients :)

17.01.2022 Nearly forgot to check in re my Detox so here it is Raw at the end of my day with no make up etc

15.01.2022 Just checking in to let you know I am still going with the detox..... Day 11 for me today and today was the first time I thought about having a coffee. Well this was sparked because I was late getting home to have my lunch and was feeling very hungry and vulnerable.....a lady passed me with a coffee and I thought that would be nice....I even headed towards the coffee shop and then stopped myself and ask myself did I really want one? No what I really wanted was my lunch so I got what I had to and waited til I got home and all good now satisfied. Again this highlights the importance of having something every 2 hours. 10 Days to go! :)

14.01.2022 Is being Rich all about Money? The "New" Rich and "New" Success is simply Happiness and Inner peace and they cost nothing. They may require you to do the "work" on yourself however the rewards are something money can never buy. <3

07.01.2022 Covid-19 thank you for forcing me to sit with the silence in isolation. Time to contemplate where my energy needs to go and that it is back here! Live Laugh Love is back on track :)
