25.01.2022 It's hard to look after ourselves by putting us first as a priority. Most of us neglect to do us, and everything around us will crack. When people look at changing their lifestyle and seeing #12weeks is way too long. That's the wrong point of view to look at it. You said you wanted to transform your life, right? This is my first book review of the White Gardenia by Belinda Alexandra. White Gardenia follows a powerful journey of a child who's separated from her mother, going through obstacles life has thrown at her. Keeping faith that her mother is still alive, this is during the World War II period. Anya, who is very young at the age of 14, and is motherless and alone in the world in China. 08.01.2022 Feels like this week fitness is out the window but I managed to do my morning yoga, and two days ago I did a 15K run. So, I am still keeping the body moving slowly, even being crooked. Overall, the week has been great, took the day off tomorrow and spent time with my family because it's about being present as much as possible and I have the freedom to use my time. 03.01.2022 I have not been feeling well since yesterday, even today but I am up doing my Yoga this morning. It's great to finished off the 30-day challenge, now I don't have to film it, gives me more time in the morning. Managed to do recovery/easy run for 8K lol. I am on a journey to discover my potential, by pushing my boundaries a little each time. A bit more uncomfortable than last time so I can grow. Learning more about the art of #running, economy, running skills to understand ...how our body and mind work to overcome fatigue on longer run. The longer you run, the more suffering you dealt mentally, it teaches you just go a bit further. Start a habit today.
