21.01.2022 EXCITING NEWS some of you may have noticed that I haven't been teaching of late...and there is a very good reason for this. Bali has always been a very magical place for me, and the magic continued on our last trip! We found out that we are having a little yogi bub, due in March 18!! We are over the moon! However this little bub has been causing mumma some morning sickness...more like all day sickness, so I decided to give up my Saturday's teaching at Hothut Yoga and do fill in's for the team when they need me. I'm starting to feel better and I can't wait to see you all on the mat soon hopefully, big love and bliss hugs xox

If you don’t have time to get to a studio or you just prefer to practice Yoga from the comfort of your home this is for you! Lauren is one of the most amazing and heart felt teachers I have had the pleasure of learning from on my journey through Yoga and it was online that I discovered her. I was then lucky enough to meet Lauren and teach at her studio in Noosa, and now she has made her studios accessible to everyone around the world with LIVE Yoga daily! Get onboard yoga and meditation lovers...even if it’s your first time there will be classes for everyone with loads of different teachers

03.01.2022 LAST WEEK OF YOGES yep I'm off again!! The sun is calling and next Tuesday I will be leaving for Bali again for two weeks and then a week to ease back into Winter on the Sunny Coast. This week you will catch me at: TUES Activ @ 6:30pm SAT Hothut @ 8:30 & 10:00am On my return, some small changes. I've been reducing my teaching down lately due to other business commitments which means I will only be teaching my Saturdays at Hothut and the moment.
