25.01.2022 Spring is such a great time of the year. Our beautiful big tree finally lost all its leaves and gave us a great workout. Thanks Kate. The horses are doing the mowing for us, now all the leaves are gone and the grass starts to grow. Some beautiful fresh green leaves start to grow back again. The birds and the bees are getting more active around the place and Corey helped us cleaning the nesting boxes and put them up. Now we have to wait and see.... Thanks Corey.... Lots of weeds started to grow and the pigs are happy with the extra snack. The chickens started to pick up their game and we get lots of eggs. Being creative with new recipes to use them all. ------- LOVE SPRING -------

09.01.2022 We believe communication is one of the most important things when we are supporting others. We are always looking for the best way to communicate with our guests. One of the things that can help with communication is using Picograms. This is ideal for non-verbal guests but can also be beneficial for verbal guests. We can create an activity planner (routine) with Pictograms what will give the guest a better idea of what is planned for the stay. This can lower anxiety and give you a safer feeling.

02.01.2022 From one extreme to the other. All animals are safe and glad our house is on a hill. We can see the grass growing and flowers popping up everywhere. Finally time to get to mower out the shed.... WATER IS LIFE....

01.01.2022 Our 3 horses (Crystal, Gypsy and Whiskey) love attention and are such a great company. They are big animals with big hearts and lots of love to give. Spending time with them has many benefits. They have a calming effect and can empower you to be more confident. They are sensitive and can help you to express your emotions. They are great listeners and heaps more.... While you staying with us you can help with feeding, brushing, training and doing fun things with them.
