20.01.2022 Very early this morning, something woke me up. I didn't open my eyes, I told myself it was too dark, too early to wake up. You see my friends, I'm about to go on holidays & I was tired & anxious & yes, a wee bit excited! But! As insistent as I was to go back to sleep, I heard my Angels tell me to open my eyes. As I opened my eyes, I looked at the digital clock on my hotel bedside table. The time was 4:44 a.m! You see? When your Angels need to send you a message, please listen to them. I love you all. 04.01.2022 I don't post often, but today I feel the need to spread a little love. I called my business Live & Love Holistic Services, because I believe that this life is all about living and loving the best life we can have. How you go about this is your choice. Sometimes we all need a little help. So my message for today is Love. Tell someone you love them. Look in the mirror and say I Love you. Do whatever it takes to share just a little bit of that beautiful thing called Love.

02.01.2022 I love meditating! But, I've had quite a few early starts of late which were catching up with me. So I have been setting my alarm for 30 minutes earlier than normal & have been picking a different meditation every day. They usually run for about 20 minutes, and they are a fabulous way to start your day! Now if your thoughts start drifting off about all that you have to do for the day, just remember to bring your awareness back to your breathing & focus on something. I like to focus on my third eye.
