24.01.2022 With lots of time at home, we have been doing lots of cooking! We had some bananas that needed using up, so we whipped up some Pisang Goreng (Fried Bananas) for morning tea. If you are cooking snacks, don’t forget about your oils! We love a drop of Cinnamon or Cassia added to batters (think Cinnamon Pancakes!) to really spice things up. Just don’t overdo it as the spice oils are pretty strong. Enjoy!

Things have been a bit quiet here on Facebook... what with months of COVID and schooling at home, my focus has been on our family for a little while. We have now decided to home educate our little family, so I’m now busier and crazier than ever before We are really enjoying this journey of discovery and exploration, but it has meant less time for business things. ...
