21.01.2022 With our normal exercise routine currently not possible we have been enjoying making the most of some intuitive outdoor sessions as we like to call them. . Today is our recovery day so first we went for a nice stroll along the beach, follow by 10mins of fun core work & a gentle stretch in the sand . It’s amazing how good you feel after moving and in times like this changing up your exercise routine can be a really fun way to enjoy something new. ... .
