01.01.2022 Getting back into it (coconut yogurt with oats and blueberries) now I’m on a low FODMAP diet as recommended by my doctor for possible IBS Please don’t do this diet without a doctor telling you too even though it’s mostly healthy it’s not long term or healthy for those who do not have IBS!!
