19.01.2022 I did check the ultra marathon last year and I didn't know 10 minutes faster than 2019 ,feeling not bad did yesterday 10k I felt fine muscles almost recovered. I can't wait to do the next fundraiser marathon in 2 weeks time

P.S. my new running shoes getting inspected ,hm better I 'll put my shoes up ,so our dog can't reach out to destroy them ,she hates it when I put my running shoes on

10.01.2022 I have had a catch up with the charity @whiskeyswish.org.au incredible work what the people are doing to get after 1.5/2years a professional trained service dog. All kind of dogs are welcome !!! The most important thing the smile on the face of the clients to work and have fun with the dog and feeling good to see other people have a chat ,so good!... Big Thank you to Liz,Simone and Linda I got spoiled by the charity with a certificate of appreciation and absolutely love the mug ,because I drink lots of tea /hot tea doggie is watching over me on my office desk I m so grateful to be part of the charity ,to raise much needed awareness of PTSD ,because so many out there still think it isn't real mental health problems ,it makes me angry and sad ,people are get more and more ignorant,selfish,don't care attitude ...

09.01.2022 early morning start at work,straight away after change office into running clothes and of the go for quick arvo run on esplanade nice breeze ,sunshine ,doggies on the way from small to big it makes you happy and stress went away.....

08.01.2022 Quite often our Teams are seen in public, with their dogs, and to the untrained eye, it looks like they are just sitting and patting their dogs. What is happeni...ng is actually much deeper than that. We all know that when we pat our dogs, it makes us smile and they feel happy. This is also very true for our teams too, but it actually is used to another level, and gets called - 'TACTILE STIMULATION'. The Tactile Stimulation a dog can bring, combined with focusing outwardly on the dog(instead of inwardly on their feelings), can soothe the handler back down to a calm state, instead of one of anxiety and stress, in any situation they may face.
