22.01.2022 Last night, Craig gave us a great short speech for the Word of the Day - Respect. He mentioned that where we learn about respect is usually from our family, school and especially from our community. Craig has also decided to join our Liverpool City Toastmasters Club - what a great news! Yeah~~~ We look forward to seeing you regularly and listening to your future speeches.

08.01.2022 Highlights of the meeting last night: We had a great meeting last night although we had some apologies from some people. Some of the highlights were: Joke by Paran - Completed vs Finished. What a funny joke! It was educational too. Well done and thank you.... Prepared speech by Frank - Curious as a cat. Frank shared with us his personal stories about his cat and himself when he was a little boy. Franks speech was well structured and so entertaining and pleasant to listen to. Congratulations!

We meet on 2nd and 4th Wednesdays at 7.30 PM the above address. Toastmasters international started in 1924 is a well-recognised institution helping its members improve their communication and leadership skills all over the world. Toastmasters International started in Australia in 1958 Toast masters internati...onal has grown from strength to strength through their highly popular communications and leadership development paths benefitting millions of people around the world. Education becomes easy when it is fun. It becomes rewarding when that education is given by experienced Toastmasters. That is what is happening at Liverpool city Toastmasters. At each meeting, members deliver prepared and impromptu speeches. This along with the positive and supporting evaluation help the members discover the speaking and leadership skills they already have and developing it further. By active participation in meetings, Toastmasters learn to control their nerves, acquire confidence in public speaking, develop active listing skills, learn to give feed backs and able to face job interviews, etc. The skills you learn at Toastmasters set you up for a successful personal and professional life.
