Old age Old injuries Physical trauma Arthritis Muscle strains or overuse Headache Insert them all because the list goes on..... So what can I do oh wise 36 year old with multiple back surgeries Well, the answer is anything. Just pick something and try it. Don’t baby it, I’m not saying be stupid but try the old Google search. See what comes up and seems to make the most sense and give it a go. You’ll often find quite specific and realistic information for your specific injury. Anything will be better than nothing- NO MOVEMENT means NO CHANGE Ps. Real photos resonate with me so I hope this gets you thinking and acting. And funny posts do the same. We would get emails and magazines sent out about training, courses and general health info. His beliefs still to this day ring true in what’s happening in the world and how YOU can be the difference. 16.01.2022 B E F O R E & A F T E R Now here’s a winning before and after shot. Literally day to day around the world and everywhere I look I see people trying to achieve their health and fitness goals without help. ... Congrats! Half the battle is won! You’ve hit the gym and we know movement is crucial for both physical and mental health, maybe you improved your diet, cut back on alcoholic drinks during the week or cut chocolate or bread. Then BANG! You hit a wall- motivation is lost....You’ve stopped losing (or gaining) and physically there seems to be no change in appearance So you say fuck it and slide back into your old ways that put you in that slump in the first place. Don’t beat yourself up, at some stage we all do this. Can’t tell me you haven’t. It’s called Life. So why not get help?! I think the best thing you can do is get a training partner, someone to be accountable to, feed off each other and be there as a kick up the bum if one of you aren’t feeling it, maybe join a challenge that offers a well balanced calorie controlled meal plan. Or why not just buy it?! Spend money on your actual self. YOUR BODY. (Increased mental health comes free) I wanted to fix my lawn, I knew a little bit, or so I thought. I attempted it, got part way through and said OH SHIT!!!..... I need help. So without hesitation I called Kris from Top dress Lawns, gardens and designs. And trust me time was not wasted on achieving what I was after. Moral of the story - just jump. Get someone to help you. One session or years of coaching, it’ll never not be worth it. 16.01.2022 [ T W O Y E A R S T O D A Y ] (And still pain, daily reminders of what was) Back surgery 1. Daniel 0. ... Appreciate your challenges, difficulties, setbacks and hurdles. These are where you harvest your strength. Many get stuck instead of standing back up. It’s natural to take time in our pain. Overtime, some however merely remain while others gain. Will pain and suffering become your norm, or will you harness this all to truely transform. Let today be a day you resolve in your mind you will be the one who stands up and moves forward and elevates to great. You may not be ready but believe you can and set the intent. Where your energy and focus goes, you yourself will flow. I believe you can rise up and move forward sooner then you are yet confident of. From where you are, set your vision forward for whom you desire to be. Be resilient to Be-come What is of your past does not define who you can become, but is a source of strength, wisdom, mindset, perspective and resolve, should you determine to leverage your experiences to advantage your future. Who holds passion and intent to create a great chapter ahead? It was not easy to survive. Extremely hard. Yet you must also decide- are you going to survive- or overcome and find renewed forward motion to truely thrive. I’d love to see you thrive at your highest self, it is not impossible. I’m in need of some new ideas to help me create some simple training systems for 2021 Think improving health and fitness, health hacks to increase focus in the gym (not pre workouts) ... Get better results from the minimal amount your already doing. Easy stuff like making yourself accountable by paying someone to help you do that. it’s easy. Fitness related stuff like- What should I be doing and how many times. Do I have to workout everyday Do gym tights actually make a difference Should I only use cardio machines ... (that one is always a big NO btw ) Yes super simple!! I can wave through the bullshit online but even I occasionally get caught up in it. 12.01.2022 99% of my interaction with clients or gym Goers is when they are actually at the gym. The 1% of human interaction I have outside the gym is with family etc but, on the odd occasion that I get into health and fitness related conversion with someone other than family it’s about them getting fitter or losing weight usually. So I say to those in the gym, or already working out elsewhere.....: Well done!!! Stop putting negative blocks on what you are already doing. Loo...k to make it better, if that’s what you want? Try not to think of it as a stagnant position with no progress just because you can’t always see a change. The best thing for your mind and body (and those around you) is to be exercising. Repeat that last sentence.

Planning the menu in advance will always create less opportunities to reach for the wrong thing, such as takeaway....... or toast In my house we cook Sunday, that gets me through until Wednesday then repeat again Wednesday. And when I say we, I mean my wife does the cook up because she loves preparing and baking. Not so much eating the same thing day in, day out though And that’s why I don’t sell meal plans. ... Too many variables- people don’t like this, that or the other. BUT I can guide you and offer general nutritional advice. Providing nutritional information or advice to highlight healthy food choices while encouraging healthy lifestyles that will minimise the risks of the development of diet-related diseases. So how about we grow the fuck up and be adults and make better choices IF we want fat loss! Ps. I struggle too. You just have to chose when to go hard and focus, and when to eat like a toddler.
