19.01.2022 This clinical trial is looking for more participants to explore whether probiotics may help people with depression. This could be very valuable research in the search to find ways to assist people who don't find anti-depressants effective or tolerable. 05.01.2022 I haven't had a good look at this program but it sounds good and best of all it is free! A great way to improve your mental health without having to go to a health professional. Perfect for those with mild stress, anxiety or depression or unable to attend sessions. If any of my followers try it I would love to hear in the comments your experience.

04.01.2022 Perfectionism is different from having high standards as it usually involves having standards and goals that are not possible to reach which can then result in procrastination or constantly feeling anxious or down about your performance. Setting realistic goals and being more compassionate to yourself when you struggle are important parts of overcoming perfectionism.
