20.01.2022 Lower back rotation This is Julian’s favourite lower back exercise as it helps articulate the lumbar spine. It can be performed before getting out of bed / going to sleep as well as before a gym workout. You can also hold each position for a few seconds to get a nice stretch along the side of your body/back.

08.01.2022 Matthews favourite stretch is for the pec and all you need is a doorframe! Start by bringing your arm to a 90 degree bend at the elbow and shoulder and pressing it against a doorframe. From there gently lean forward creating a stretch into the pec major muscle Elevating your arm slightly higher will change the stretch so that it targets the pec minor more (which is very tight in people a lot of postural issues )

03.01.2022 One of Rebecca's favourite stretches is this one for the neck! If you've ever seen her for neck pain she has most likely told you about the 'armpit sniff' stretch This is a great stretch to help lengthen the levator scapulae muscle and decrease neck stiffness!
