25.01.2022 Happy Easter everyone. Challenge: take your biggest Easter egg wrapper and tear it into the longest line ... without a break in it. If you beat your sibling then you can blow a raspberry at them. (.....Dont do that. COVID is about and splattering at people is not good. Just steal their eggs whilst they're sleeping instead.) If you have any issues, please call us Tues-Frid 9AM-12PM. As soon as the government lets us re-open to normal services we will be 'on like donkey kong'.

17.01.2022 Hi all. Please call our Ulladulla office (02) 4454 4154 today if you need us. We are in Ulladulla today and will be back in Nowra tomorrow. Sorry for the inconvenience.

17.01.2022 COVID-19: How to best look after your teeth. It will be some months before the government changes their regulations. Rule 1) DONT PANIC!... Treat the current situation as though EVERYDAY is the day you've seen us and you are not returning for 8 weeks. Wake up the next day and think the same thing. Don't panic and just look after your braces. Please remember the basics of what we told you before you had your braces fitted: 1) Keep them clean. 2) Keep the braces stuck on. Cleaning: The most common area to miss cleaning is around the "corners" of the mouth. This is the 2nd and 3rd teeth from the middle. Make sure you get your toothbrush angled onto the gum-side of the braces in these areas. Please clean all other areas as per normal. REMEMBER: if you leave plaque on your teeth and damage them, it's permanent and you've done it to yourself. No one will clean your teeth for you. If you are worried about your cleaning, please email a photo of your teeth, with your name in the description, to [email protected] and Guy, or Ben will have a look and help you improve. We hope to see you soon. Stay safe.

09.01.2022 COVID-19 changes: Why has the government ceased regular dental treatment? This virus can be transmitted through the air via tiny little droplets. Imagine someone sneezing in a room. When they sneeze they create an aerosol which will contain the virus. The virus can enter your body through the wet parts of your face (the mucous membranes) this includes your eyes, nose and mouth. When we use our equipment to clean your teeth or remove glue, we create an aerosol. Orthodonti...cs is considered low risk, so we have been able to operate almost normally up until 27th of March. As the regulations change, we have had to change too. We expect this regulation to be in place for some months, until the infection rate is past the peak and declining. The government does not want a relapse to occur. When they have deemed it safe to resume treatment we will contact you and have you in as soon as practicably possible. When we restart, Ben and Guy will be putting in some long hours to get you all back on track. Stay safe, and we hope to see you soon.

09.01.2022 For anyone attending our practice for relief of pain, please don't add in extras into your day. The police are fining people for eating Kebabs on park benches. (Never in my life did I think I would write that sentence.... Stay safe everyone)

07.01.2022 We would like to apologise if you are struggling to contact us at the moment. Following our connection the the NBN our phone lines have been cut off. We have a temporary forwarding system, but this is for one line only. If you can't get through on your first attempt, either call back at another time or email [email protected]

06.01.2022 Covid-19 Update: nothing has changed. We are still taking your calls each morning and providing a relief of pain service inNowra on Friday mornings.
