21.01.2022 Great message. And the premise I go by with my healing work. We all have to learn to validate our feelings. Sweeping our feelings under the carpet leads to depression, anxiety and other mental illness.

17.01.2022 I was doing a Journey to Happiness course online yesterday. It's a wonderful course that helps to change deep unconscious programming and very much helps me stay in touch with my Divine. In the afternoon I looked outside and the setting sun made a beautiful image with the clouds in the western sky. I quickly grabbed my phone so I could take a photo. Then I turned around. Oh My! There was this beautiful FULL rainbow covering the whole sky. It was so bright against the deep blue grey of the rain clouds and it was one of the most magnificent rainbows I have seen. A sign from the my Divine / Universe /God / Creator that everything is going to be ok. In real life the colours were just magnificent this wasn't picked up on my phone.
