14.01.2022 Be prepared to see me in this get up ALL the time! Seriously this is the best active wear ever! After wearing it all day and feeling this comfortable and hot to trot, it had me realise how much value I see in spending money on quality products It’s no secret that I like the best of the best, but I never saw the value in spending over a $100 on tights that I work out in. I can honestly say that it’s so worth it! I feel like it brings the best out of my body.. which makes m...e feel super chuffed. It had me thinking how so many people just don’t see the value in spending money on their health the one thing that is going to allow them to live in a body that they love and waking up feeling amazing every single day. I never saw the value in supplementation of a diet, I thought eating clean and healthy would be enough! Well that was until I discovered nutritional cleansing and had my world blown. 11.01.2022 I find it really helpful to write a list of what gets me motivated and inspired, I think we can lose our way sometimes and forget what actually lights us up.. What excites me Waking up each and everyday with a bed full of beautiful souls Taking the kids to and from school ... Knowing that I will never miss a school event Going out to breakfast with my husband any day of the week Choosing how I spend each and everyday Houses! Beautiful houses excite me! Tuning up the music really loud in the car and singing along Dancing! Dancing really excites me People excite me Watching someone completely transform their health and body Helping other families change their financial blueprint Listening to peoples stories Nature excites me The beach Holidays Traveling to New York for my 30th Business Class Cooking delicious healthy food Raw treats Clothes yep they really excite me! ;-) Almond milk cappuccinos Mindfulness Writing Who knew? 6 star hotels Infinity pools Living a life full of passion and purpose Financial freedom I could go on and on and on. but I won’t bore you of everything that tickles my fancy. The reason I felt the urge to write this is so many people aren’t living into what fuels them! They are doing what they have to do and not what they love to do. Everyone has a purpose, everyone has a gift to be shared, everyone has a story and what lights them up Are you living into your purpose? Are you living into your dreams or are you someone that always says one day?? One day I will do that, one day is never going to happen if you don’t start living your life on purpose and passion.
