23.01.2022 We know that many of you have been eagerly waiting to hear whether we are off the market and we apologise for it dragging out. But we should have an official announcement for you on Monday Like the many fruit trees in the orchard our efforts over winter will soon bear fruit.

22.01.2022 **ANNOUNCEMENT** Due to circumstances beyond everyone's control and expectations... LIVIN THE DREAM IS BACK ON THE MARKET!!!!!!... Please make contact if you are in the market for a tree change. Link to property is in the comments Fingers crossed we can start inspections again soon from Melbourne but regional people are welcome now. The photo's show the view to Mt Hotham and Mt Buffalo from our decking on this year's glorious first day of Spring. Here's hoping for a better ending to 2020

22.01.2022 Well we did a couple of video inspections over the weekend . People who just couldn't wait for lockdown to be lifted Here's a snippet from one who took advantage of the guided tour to see specific areas of importance Having a BIG shower is very important and we are able to provide two big showers, the one in the video is in the ensuite of the Guest Master. And the main master has a 1.2m corner shower which was also more than acceptable to this particular gentleman ... Oh and that's Greg my husband who you will get to meet if you schedule a one on one guided tour of "Livin The Dream" P. S(we started packing when we thought we had a successful sale that ended up falling through due to lockdown issues. Hence no bed and boxes. The guest master easily fits a Super King bed and side tables)

22.01.2022 At Livin The Dream there is some existing infrastructure that is ready built for an immediate income. (depending on how far you want to take it STCA Subject to council approval). It is not being sold as a going concern BUT it is a proven, very viable concept. The open plan fully self contained accommodation is currently fully furnished and the furniture will be available for purchase if required. We have also set up and kitted out what we call the camp kitchen (use as a busin...ess is STCA). It includes a kitchen area and an installed bathroom pod with toilet, shower and sink. Once again it is fully kitted out and the contents will be available for sale should they be required. There is also an outdoor BBQ area and communal fire pit. We can fully explain its past usage and the options and procedures required if the new purchaser wants to develop these areas into a new tourism destination. Given that the Mansfield and Victorian High Country districts main industry is tourism we can guarantee its success (STCA).

21.01.2022 Well it's disapointing but not unexpected that Melbourne's stage 4 lockdown has been extended which means no live inspections from Melbourne. So we took advantage of today's continued gorgeous weather to do a drive around the property with the dash cam on. We will be adding a house and barn tour later in the week. Subscribe to this channel to be notified of new videos. Here's the link to video number 1 of 11 today ... Click on our channel name, then the video tab to see them all. Sit back and take a tour around the driveable areas of 467 Cambatong Road with us. (best watched on a big screen and there is no sound unfortunately) If you are a serious buyer and would like to have a one on one video inspection please let me know. https://youtu.be/VDxX88jYfz8

19.01.2022 Amazing view of Hotham today, just had to share it. Photos never do it justice, it's one of those "you had to see it in person" days, lots of those here

16.01.2022 "I bet you get gorgeous sunrises and sunsets up here" is a common statement in the Victorian High Country. (This was taken in nearby Merrijig this morning) Watch the video in the link below. https://www.facebook.com/groups/community.mansfield/permalink/3014346938677078/?sfnsn=mo&extid=Evb6juvjMSMEWLSN

15.01.2022 Well the final countdown is on!!! LIVIN THE DREAM is once again under contract Waiting on the mandatory Pest Inspection tick of approval and then we will be on our way to a 2020 settlement and our next stage of life. ... This will be our new view from our caravan, just down the hill a bit for our foreseeable future The last pest inspection got the full tick of approval so we have no hesitation in saying that we will be sold in 2020. Thankyou to everyone that wanted to live their dream in Tolmie. So sorry many of you didn't get the opportunity to visit us due to being in lockdown . Don't give up, there are beautiful properties often available for sale in Tolmie and Barwite. Come and visit our district as soon as you can and get in quick because they are being snapped up fast. Wow what a year it has been

14.01.2022 Our trip down the driveway this morning, came across some Bambi's and Roos. This happens at least once a winter

12.01.2022 We have had specific requests for photos of the rustic timber stable and orchard. So thought we would share them here as well. The stable is next to the chicken coop, woodshed, workshop and machinery shed. The orchard is in the small paddock behind those buildings and includes one of the 80,000 litre water tanks. All of these are up on the hill near the house.

08.01.2022 In case you missed it. We recently added the floorplan to our online Real Estate listing's. It's not done by a professional due to lockdown restrictions. But I did my best

07.01.2022 The perfect end to a gorgeous Spring day. The view from the kitchen window and front verandah It won't be too long before the leaves are all back bringing an all natural coolness to the house for Summer.

01.01.2022 There are so many things that we will regret leaving behind at Livin The Dream but this one has to be at close to the top of the list. Its an advanced Wollemi Pine, it was a gift to my husband for one of his Fathers days from the kids (x5). It has been in the ground here for around 10 years and was in the pot probably for around 5 years before that where it was waiting for somewhere to be planted long term. Ho hum won't get to see it grow up. She is over 2 metres high now.... But we have already bought a new baby for our next property. If you want to learn more about these Jurassic tree's that come originally from the Blue Mountains in NSW. They are very hard to cultivate but a team of experts have been doing so successfully for a very long time to ensure they don't become extinct. Here is a link for more information. http://www.wollemipine.com/
