04.01.2022 A huge congratulations to Elle Johnson from Esperance, Western Australia. 2020 was Elle's first year of umpiring and she was awarded the 'Rising Star Umpire Award' for the Esperance Hockey Association. The award was supported by Livin for Hockey, and our international umpire Adam Kearns called Elle to congratulate her personally. Not only was it her first year as an umpire, Elle umpires both the U13’s and the women’s comp as well ! She is also a gun with the stick and has taken out the female J11/12 MVP for the competition. We also want to thank Elle's parents, who have been mentors to her and other junior umpires. #livinforhockey #teammatesforlife

03.01.2022 It’s finals time!!! A super exciting time of the year but also a stressful one, we all want to do our best for ourselves, our teammates, our coaches and supporters. Remember that mistakes will happen and sometimes the results won’t go our way but in the end it is all just a game that we are lucky enough to play and your teammates, coaches and supporters will all be there for you again when the sun rises the next day, ready to do it all again next season.
