08.01.2022 I am a yoga teacher in the Blue Mountains offering Hatha and Flow classes to adults and yoga for children, too! My current schedule is: Mondays: 10-11am Morning Flow Yoga, at the Katoomba Old Library Space. Thursdays: 7:30-8:30am Morning flow at Explora Co, 197 Leura Mall. 06.01.2022 Hello! This page is to help spread the word about classes I am teaching in 2019. There will be a new class starting on January 17th on Thursdays 7:30-8:30am at Explora Co on Leura Mall. This will be a fun morning flow to build strength and focus for your day! Thank you! Jill

03.01.2022 Dear Yogis, I Hope you have had a lovely few weeks! Tomorrow, Monday, yoga will be back at Kurrara Guest House, at the corner of Coomonderry and Ada streets in Katoomba. 10am-11am. Thursday classes at Explora Co on Leura Mall, from 7:30-8:30am are back, as well. Saturdays at the Fairmont, 8-9am are continuing, as always. I hope to see you soon!! Jill
