21.01.2022 A common complaint can be the heater is emitting a smell it can be caused when certain chemicals/oil based products have been used within the heaters environment (directly or indirectly). Examples can include but are not limited to Paint, paint thinners or varnish Renovations including water proofing... Aerosol propellant air freshener Plug in air fresheners Cleaning of carpets New furniture Nail polish or nail polish remover Oil burners The smell will not disappear until the airborne cause is identified, removed or disperses this can take up to 2 weeks in the case of painting. Do not use the heater during this time. We do recommend the heater being serviced. We recommend a room heater be serviced every 2 years if in good working order. See more

We are still taking bookings for servicing and repair of your Gas Hot Water Systems, Gas Cooktops and Ovens, Gas Room Heaters and Gas Fireplaces.
