24.01.2022 ONLINE classes via ZOOM The Flow Broome Yoga Studio is officially closed during the great transition of our planet and way of life. I hope you are all well and finding ways to maintain your peace, health and your creativity. I know yoga is vital to many of you to maintain equilibrium and I want to still be available for you. Out of disaster we find ways to adapt and expand.... So here we are- now my classes are accessible to everyone everywhere via ZOOM. All you need is a computer (best), tablet of phone and a quiet space in your home with no distractions if possible. If you have a mat and some yoga props that is great otherwise you can modify and I will try to keep props to a minimum. A rolled up towel or a bolster, blocks or bricks, a strap or rope and a blanket. I recommend you set yourself up a bit earlier (15 mins) before the class start time to test the audio and video and get comfortable. Hopefully I have ironed out any glitches in getting you online but please be patient while we learn this new system. You can register as soon as you decide to join the class and will send out a confirmation email. If you have any problem getting into the class it is best to txt/call my mobile 0407479965 and hopefully we can resolve any issues. To make payment you can direct deposit to my account or I can take credit card booking over the phone. Please email me directly to organise. 20.01.2022 I am really looking forward to a visit to Derby in a few weeks to be part of Yoga Australias conference, being of service in remote community, hosted by Taryn at Yoga Desire. We really know how to pull together when we need it in the bush and we also know how to let there be space for growth and expansion. Ill talking about my experiences of living within a supportive community (global) and how the practice and philosophy of yoga can support that. 19.01.2022 The 5 elements of nature are recognised in traditional Chinese medicine as tools to harmonise you body mind and spirit. The timing of our progression though the current series of 5 elements yin yoga workshops is completely apt for our current world circumstances. We started with the Earth, signalling the transition or change of seasons, supporting the digestive system and immunity and the peak of growth and harvest. Through the season of Autumn and the Metal element, respon...sible for our respiration and elimination, allowing for the letting go of whats no longer need and organising and storing supplies in preparation for the season of Winter, a time of hibernation, conserving reserve energy. WATER is the most essential element of life; it is the life force, our Essence. The Kidneys store our life force reserve energy and we manifest fear when we are depleted and when we feel we dont have the resources to sustain our survival. Water takes us to the season of Winter a time to rest, to find deep stillness to listen to our dreams and instincts and gather strength. When we are stripped bare, back to our essence, we find the Wisdom, trust and integrity we need to overcome the fear and doubt and to realise the full potential of our creation. Water affects the health of the bones, the brain, the teeth, the kidney/bladder urinary and reproductive systems. Water allows us to go with the flow governing adaptability and will, allowing us to balance drive and motivation with trust in the flow of life. This is the wisdom of the Sage. 13.01.2022 80 years of wisdom right there. My greatest teacher is my beautiful Mother and we are delighted to be celebrating her 80th birthday tomorrow. May we all be blessed with compassion and joy. There will be no Yoga classes with me this week. I look forward returning Monday 17 June.

Fire energy governs our ability to express joy and manifests within us as love, laughter, and enthusiasm. Fire is about relationships, the giving and receiving and the capacity to develop the deepest and most intimate connections between people. The primary organ of Fire energy is the Heart which relates to the mind and our desires. The Heart is the emperor of the body ...and responsible for all functions, constantly adapting to maintain stability and control. Fire is the time of Summer at the peak of growth and heat affecting the fluids in the body. The colour is red, opens through the tip of the tongue and expresses though our arms and hands allowing us to be in touch. All are welcome to join via Zoom this Sunday 5 April 12.30- 2.30 pm.
