25.01.2022 This quote of Shakespeare has been proven true time after time in my journey. I worked hard to put my thinking on my side. Circumstances are truly neutral. There was a day when we thought my cancer was the worst thing that ever happened to us. Now we are grateful for this journey and the lessons it brought, which brought us closer and made us better people.... Watch your thoughts: are they working for or against your well-being?

25.01.2022 Set transformative and lasting resolutions for 2020 Are you using New years resolutions to force yourself to do something that is simply not you? Then, it is not surprising that you find it difficult to stick to them. New Years resolutions are an opportunity to set a clear intention and they can be used to bring your unique abilities out in the world. Make 2020 count by setting goals for yourself that will give you a clear sense of dire...ction. To set truly transformative goals this year, start by considering what you value the most and what makes you different, what special gifts you have. Then, think about what you are dreaming and not daring to do and be. It should feel a bit exciting and scary at the same time, just thinking about it. The goals you choose should make you feel alive. They should not be a chore, even if there might be chores on the way to achieving them. If your resolutions are in perfect alignment with your values and unique abilities, no obstacle will stop you achieving them. The best part wont even be achieving them, it will be how effortless and joyful the journey was. * * * #livingfearlessly #inspirationbusiness #joyfulliving #radiatepositivity #findyourhappy #joyinthejourney #healingjourney #embraceyourself #liveonpurpose #livewithintention #alifeofintention #livingfearlessly #soulonfire #livelifefully #createthelifeyouwant #createthelifeyoulove #lifesjourney #newyearresolutions #newyear2020 #2020goals #2020vision #goalsetter #achieveyourgoals #chasedreams #onestepatatime #makingchanges #showupforyourself #chooseyou #embracechange #lessonslearned See more

24.01.2022 THIS IS WHERE TRUE HEALING STARTS Remember that emotion suppression creates chronic stress and chronic stress SUPPRESSES YOUR IMMUNE SYSTEM. Most chronic stress is created by our own emotion processing patterns and can be changed. Now is a crucial time to strengthen our immune system and it starts by stopping chronic stress. This work saved my life. Full stop. If you want to work with me on the emotional side of healing, please look at the Journey of Transformation course. T...his is not for everyone, you must be prepared to dig deep. The women who have done this course all experienced profound transformations, which had ramifications on their health and quality of life. Dont take my word for it, check the reviews in the link below. Here is the link to the course: [https://living-fearlessly.com/events.html](https://living-fearlessly.com/events.html)

23.01.2022 I found some peace in the past years I found a way to live That heals Old wounds. I reconciled with life... And I reconciled with death. I let go of what does not matter And started to see what does. I let go of beliefs that held me down Like heavy stones. I found joy. Joy that comes from a ray of sun, From looking into the eyes of a wild animal, That knowing, that oneness, So different from the joy that comes from altering reality. The joy that comes from facing reality And seeing it for the first time, That understanding that comes in sprinkles And in full only at the end. See more

21.01.2022 For the couples struggling this Christmas, with compassion and love.

19.01.2022 I will be live in 30 minutes in the surviving cancer and chronic conditions Facebook group to talk about overcoming your fears after a diagnosis. See you there or watch the replay.

19.01.2022 When I was diagnosed with cancer, I knew right away I had to become very mindful of how I spend my time. First, I received the message loud and clear: my time was not unlimited. Time just had become my most precious resource. There is more: without becoming extremely selective, I could not heal myself. Full stop.... I needed to feel happy, calm and fulfilled pretty much all the time for my body to heal. Chronic stress was now my enemy number one. So I took a piece of paper and had two columns: draining and nurturing. People and activities that drained me had to go or changes needed to be made for them to go to the nurturing column. Becoming very selective allowed me to do more of what made me feel good and gave me more time for my demanding anti cancer routine of researching, juicing, walking and meditating. I love my life because of the choices I made on that day. I am healing because of the choices I made on that day. Be truly honest with yourself, what needs to go or change for you to reclaim your health and your life? #healcancer #healyourself #invisibleillness #chroniccondition #chronicillness #chronicdisease #autoimmune #cancersurvivor #beselective #toxicrelationships #toxicfriends #toxicfamily #puttourselffirst #choosehealth #chooseyou #lymphoma #bloodcancer #yourhealingjourney #transformyourlife #youcanheal #survivecancer #livelonger #immunity #stronger #nomorecancer #mycancerjourney #lymphomasurvivor #survivelymphoma #youwilllive #yourhealth See more

19.01.2022 There are people you simply cannot have in your life. They hurt you too much. There are people you welcome in your life with some boundaries and within those boundaries you generally enjoy interacting with them without getting hurt. And that is it. There isnt a third category of people you dont need boundaries with. Well, actually there is: Relationships without boundaries are abusive relationships. ... It is difficult enough for some of us whose boundaries were violated to learn to put boundaries with others. What is even more challenging is to be the recipient of such boundaries without feeling rejected. I invite you to welcome boundaries from others. Someone with clear boundaries is actually less likely to reject you, as long as you respect their boundaries. Have you ever been ghosted or rejected by a friend without ever knowing why? Maybe you violated an invisible boundary you did not know they had. It is much more difficult to navigate relationships without knowing where the boundaries are. It is like playing a game without learning the rules. So next time someone puts boundaries with you, acknowledge your feeling of rejection and remind yourself that a relationship with clear and appropriate boundaries is more likely to last. See more

19.01.2022 Getting diagnosed with an incurable illness is absolutely terrifying. Have you ever felt fearful of doing something and use that fear as energy to do that thing you felt fearful of doing? Anyone who has ever enjoyed extreme sports or public speaking knows how to turn their fear into fuel. ... What if you could use the fear from your diagnosis as fuel on your healing journey? I remember how facing my own mortality forced to find the courage to show up for myself in a way I never did before. I would still be hiding and playing small if it was not for the fear that it might be my last years on earth. There is energy in fear and you can learn to use this to fuel you in any direction you choose. See more

17.01.2022 If you are struggling with a chronic health condition and you feel helpless, I know how you feel. I stayed in that helpless state until that my body was so consumed by my three auto-immune conditions and cancer that more than half my body was cancerous, including my blood and bone marrow. The way I was living was killing me, so I started making different choices, which lead me to a different path, one small choice at a time. If you focus on what you can co...ntrol, you can transform your health and your life, step by step. You can inform yourself on toxins and radiation and reduce your exposure. You control what you put in you body. Each time you eat or drink, you can choose plant-based food that have the most anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer properties. You are in charge of your life. You are no puppet, you are in control of who you choose to have around you, how you spend you time, the thoughts and emotions you choose to follow and those you are letting go of If you are aware of certain patterns repeating themselves in your life, break them. If you have a pattern of surrounding yourself with people who do not value you, you can start seeking people who do. It does not mean youll have to rid yourself of all your loved ones, it only means you can make new connections, from now on, that are more deliberate. Making different choices will be uncomfortable. At times, you may even feel guilty, especially if you choose to distance yourself from people you love or put yourself first. It will feel unfamiliar. Since your familiar made you sick, unfamiliar is better. Each small choice will take you on a new path and, overtime, this path will become your new familiar, just a healthier one. See more

13.01.2022 A few months before getting my stage 4 blood cancer diagnosis, I was the sickest I have ever been, I went to a Breathwork workshop. I did not consider myself a spiritual person then, but I had, on that day, the most powerful spiritual experience of my life. I saw the essence of me, lets call it my soul, leave my body and I felt a love of an intensity beyond words, a love of an infinite nature for myself and for all that is. This love could be felt but also could be seen, as ...Continue reading

12.01.2022 I stopped going to the hospital. I stopped getting tests every month. I stopped asking help from people who had no answer. That is when I started the real work of healing. I accepted my illness and I looked at the path that took me there. I said yes to this life that was my own. Yes, I take it even at this cost. ... It also meant that I said yes to being born in the family I was born into. Finally. After years of struggles. I said yes to its history and trauma. I take this life and everything that comes with it. Yes I am willing to walk this path. See more

08.01.2022 There is no book on how to thrive on isolation. This time brings up a lot of opposite feelings in different people. Some are consumed by fear.... Others feel stronger in their faith. Their willingness to trust was challenged and their trust proved itself to be very powerful. For some, the isolation highlighted the relationships or the familys tensions and underlying issues, as there is no escape and no distraction. It is an opportunity to reevaluate our most fundamental relationships, what is lacking and what needs to change. Isolation is a well of insights to those willing to receive them. Isolation provided an island to those of us with poor boundaries: the opportunity to focus on what matters most to us without distraction. It gave us that break we needed to create, read, write, play or time to spend as a couple or as a family. What has isolation brought up for you? There will be lessons to bring back to our normal life when this is over. What will they be? May we find the openness to learn from this. May this time not be wasted.

08.01.2022 I will be live in two hours in this group below, talking about what survivors have done to overcome their disease: https://www.facebook.com/groups/644664392975560/

06.01.2022 As I am back to homeschooling the kids while running a business, I feel pulled in every direction by my many shoulds. I should prepare for my group coaching call tomorrow. I should stick to the homeschooling program given by the school. And so on. Although I should do a lot of things, I just cant. This created so much anxiety in the past week. Should is a self-love and self-acceptance killer. Then I gave in and accepted the ...obvious: I cant do it to the standards I hold for myself. I will have to trust my daughter that she is getting things done when she is in that virtual classroom. I homeschool my son for two hours then go back to my business. I started to take imperfect action. I started getting things done again. The struggle ended. I am now a blissfully imperfect mum and entrepreneur. How can you shush your shoulds with imperfect action and get your life back? #homeschooling #lockdown #corinavirus #covid19 See more

05.01.2022 The science of epigenetics has revolutionised our understanding of trauma. We now know that trauma changes our genes and is transmitted for up to 7 generations. Family constellation work is the only modality that heals inter-generational trauma. It is extremely effective in a short time. I highly recommend it all my clients with trauma issues (which is sadly most of us!). Trauma does not have to impact your life, you can let it go and Kate and Rob healed countless people, inc...luding me. I have invited Kate and Rob Foster to come for a family constellation workshop. They will hold it on Sunday 12 January in Merewether Heights (my home). There are too options: half-day workshop for $90 per person and full-day for $165. Please let me know if you can make it and which format do you prefer. Rob and Kate have travelled extensively last year and need to rest so it is a one-off opportunity. 02.01.2022 As I see fire trucks with men and women heading for the danger, the unbearable heat, the smoke, everything that each cell in my body is desperate to avoid, I wonder what it takes to gather that kind of courage. Do they fear? I am sure they do. Their fears would be very real, as they know the conditions they are about to face. They are showing us how fear doesnt have to stop us. They value the safety of their community above their own a...nd they act accordingly. How often do you let fears stop you from acting on your values and goals? Day after day, as they willingly go and face unimaginable conditions, they are reminding us of what we are capable of, when we go in that zone of courage, beyond fear. See more

01.01.2022 Happy New Year everyone! My new year resolution this year is a bit bold... 2020 will be the year I am going to heal my body from cancer. Bold, for sure, but I ...believe now that it is possible. Two years ago, I was diagnosed with an incurable form of blood cancer. It was stage four and my son was not even in kindergarten yet. I researched everything I could find and found people who had healed themselves naturally, so my journey of believing and healing started. However, my progress was slow, as I was still being affected by the radiation that was the cause of my illness. It is only when more and more people and pets in our street were diagnosed too that I started to think we lived in a cancer cluster. I started to look at the hospitals communication antenna in our street suspiciously and sold our much loved house. Moving away from the radiation felt like a heavy cloud was lifted for all of us. This was only four months ago. I continued on my gentle natural cancer protocol but suddenly, I was not just stabilising the cancer, my body was actually healing itself. My latest HCG test result shows a drop from 52.6 IU this time last year to 50.5 IU. Given that under 50 IU is considered cancer free, I am now very close to my goal. This good news is sinking in slowly. Good news can give you a shock too and, although everything went to plan, I was still shocked because part of me did not dare to believe that the plan was actually going to work! This year, I dare to believe. Thank you to everyone who believed that healing was possible against all odds, especially my husband David Zensea and my friends Gisella Fiacchino and Anna Harpley
