Our lifestyle now days has caused the lower traps and rhomboids to become elongated and weak this puts the shoulder in a crappy position when doing any pulling movements. . . Look at the photo in the left, the should is collapsed forwards, this can cause impingements. .... . 04.01.2022 Stanky Leg? . . You do find you’re doing the stanky leg while you squat or your knees are caving in slightly? . . There are many things that could be happening here BUT a simple QUICK FIX is to drive you big toe into the floor to activate the arch in the foot and apply lateral pressure during the up and down phase of the squat..... meaning your are trying to spread the floor and finally tempo the movement with a 2 -3 second up and down contraction. .... .
