Place in fridge Peel sweet potato slice into thin 1cm rounds season and a splash of Macadamia oil Place in oven Trim beans A quick Pan fry to chicken in Macadamia oil just to sear Place in baking tray covered for 10 min till cooked through You don't want to dry it out Steam or pan fry beans Yumscrum and easy peasy! Get creative You can roll up with a smear of truffle mustard and a carrot stick, tasty crunch!
