21.01.2022 "I think the saddest people always try their hardest to make others others happy because they know what it's like to feel absolutely worthless and they don't want anyone else to feel like that." - Robbin Williams. This hits home big time. While I don't consider myself sad, I definitely show up endlessly to be overly generously and generous and make everyone in my life know that they are valued, appreciated and deserve every happiness. Because a large part of me is always moments away from tears and sadness thinking about how Dad felt. I hope you have a good day today on World Mental Health Day.

20.01.2022 http:// The Ripple Effect // It's humbling that most days I'm told that my positive vibes are inspiring. But I wasn't always in this vibe. It's seriously cool that by just helping our bodies to do what they should with the best nutrition, everything seems just that little bit easier. ... In my first 30 days, I noticed that because I felt better and had more energy, I was able to achieve a lil more in my days, be a lil more patient with my students, focus more clearly on my goals, and make better choices, like getting up ten minutes earlier each day to exercise. 5 years on, the daily habits that I've created have seriously changed my life. I write out my goals daily, find that getting up early and starting my day with exercise is something that I look forward to and even miss on rest days , gratitude is my default attitude and I am able to be present with my friends and family much more than I have ever felt before. I have balance in my health and no longer feel guilty when I enjoy a glass of wine or a cheese platter. I LOVE healthy food because it actually tastes good now! And helping others to realise their true potential in AND outside of the classroom lights me up endlessly. Taking that one little chance on me, ordering my box of nutritionally loaded foods, and taking one day at at time has been the biggest game changer. And I'm not just talking about feeling genuinely healthy and energised. The beautiful people who've helped me on my way that I now call friends, family even, and the mindfulness and clarity, the ease - the ease. THAT has been my biggest game changer. And all from a sceptical decision to say yes to myself for once and order a box of food? Mind blowing! I can't thank Matt and Jade enough for the ripple effect they've allowed in my life. It's the power of that slight edge; just consistently changing one small thing each day, that has the ripple effect on the big things. Getting up at 5am might not be the time that serves you best for making your day shine brighter. Your natural scene might be 8am, but it's the 5am club for me. Running, dancing and hiking might not be the way you love to move, but they're where my groove is at. Surfing, walking or gym classes might be your hustle, that's totally cool. Whatever it is for you, make it a priority to find it, love it and live it daily. Create your ripple effect. Change your game. It's 100% worth it, I promise you. Xx
