Behind the scenes, there’s a lot of work done to ensure our Resorts remain the best place to be, at an affordable price!... Our Home Owner Committees do a spectacular job at working closely with the Park Owner on a number of projects including resort administration, cost review and maintenance. Living Gems is proud to have such a fantastic relationship with each Home Owners Committee we want you to have a say!
24.01.2022 HOME SWEET HOME A big warm welcome to our newest Home Owners, James and Shirley, at Living Gems Caboolture Riverfront! The lovely couple have just moved down from North Queensland and whilst they have said goodbye to the tropics, they are saying hello to life in paradise.
23.01.2022 R U OK? At Living Gems, we understand the importance of keeping in touch with our Home Owners. Our Management is committed to always ensuring the best care and service is provided to our lovely residents.... We enjoy meeting with our residents on a regular basis to keep updated with what is happening at their Resorts and letting them have a say as to how the Resort is run. We discuss a number of topics such as site rent fees and charges, adding new facilities to the Resort for the benefit of residents as well as just asking, R U OK? We encourage everyone today to reach out to their neighbour and see how they are going.
22.01.2022 ROAD TRIP DIARIES This week’s segment is brought to you by John and Noreen from Living Gems Caboolture Riverfront. John and Noreen recently visited the magnificent Paronella Park, which was bought and created by a Spanish migrant, Jose Paronella, in 1929.... Paronella Park includes a movie theatre, ballroom, tennis courts, refreshment rooms and changing cubicles for those who enjoyed swimming. This just shows us what dreams and determination can achieve!

16.01.2022 ROAD TRIP DIARIES Diane and Linda from Opal by Living Gems are the stars in this week’s Road Trip Diaries! The pair take us through their favourite memories from their trip to Singapore earlier this year.... They enjoyed 3 days in Singapore before boarding the Diamond Princess to Yokohama, Japan. Linda’s favourite stops by a long shot were Singapore and Hong Kong. A week after their return home, the world changed because of COVID-19 but that won’t stop them from enjoying their travels around Australia!

Residents rallied in their fantastic Country Club last Friday in order to host their Biggest Morning Tea.... A massive $2,072.00 was raised help fund Cancer Council’s life-saving research, prevention and support programs!

03.01.2022 DANCING OUR WAY INTO SPRING What better way to celebrate the start of Spring than in the Flower City! Living Gems Toowoomba Home Owners hosted another fun night and were treated with a delicious two-course meal, live music and a performance from the line dancing group!
02.01.2022 THE ROAD TRIP DIARIES Our first Road Trip Diaries follow the journey of Eileen, who travelled outback with two of her neighbours from Living Gems Toowoomba. The group hit the road to experience the sights at Goondiwindi, St George, Charlotte Plains, Cunnamulla, Thargomindah, Quilpie, Eromanga, Charleville and Miles a whopping 2700km trip! ... From the beautiful painted silos at Thallon, the hot tubs at Charlotte Plains, Cunnamulla, to the breathtaking sunset at the Lakes in Quilpie, it sure looks like they’ve been everywhere!
