25.01.2022 Today I took a journey to explore the Nan Tien Temple and it’s beautiful grounds. My favourite sculpture was this one - a celebration of biodiversity. When I woke I had a very clear intention of my plan for the day. However, while reading my morning meditation passage I was reminded that intention should not come with expectation. ... Expectations can create disappointment. Therefore in order to find true happiness ...we must let go of our expectations. ...And isn’t that true - especially when planning adventures with kids Find your inner peace by giving up the need to have things a certain way and allow things to unfold naturally ... It might just turn out better than you ‘expected’! #natureexplorer #familybushwalkingclub #wellnesscoaching #mindfulwalking #connection #openmind #dailyintention #shirelife #illawarra #festiveseason #summerholidays2020

13.01.2022 Light shines through a stained glass window, painting a rainbow of colour on the wall. Without the sun’s light, colours look less vibrant. Don’t let your light be dulled by your circumstances. You can still shine when things are hard. Take some time to remember that you have everything you need. Find joy and positivity in the moments throughout your day. Let your inner light shine ... 06.01.2022 If you don’t know where you are going, does that mean you are lost? ... or on an adventure? What do you think? ...
