23.01.2022 The GREAT Jerry Kein being interviewed 25 years ago, and what he says is still as RELEVANT and cutting-edge today! Disregard what you think you know about hypnosis, and listen to the truth directly from the mouth of the MASTER. :)

22.01.2022 There are many uses for HYPNOSIS RECORDINGS. You can't beat a one-to-one personal session for the deep-seated issues, but recordings are EFFECTIVE and USEFUL for many issues. Recordings from Living Hypnosis are coming soon.

21.01.2022 "Marcel Westerlunds patient was declared a lost cause after he slashed his throat. Hypnotherapy revealed hed only done so because he was wracked with guilt; hed been a mercenary in a previous life. He had been responsible for killing men, women and children, said Dr Westerlund, the forensic psychiatrist for Bermudas prisons. His soul was so overcome with guilt that he was now trying to kill himself. Once he dealt with that guilt, he got better.... The experience moved him to incorporate hypnosis into his practice. He says the success hes had with prisoners here is in keeping with his work with people in his native Sweden and England. For the past 14 years hes kept a record of the impact hypnotherapy has had on patients with depression, anxiety and obsessive compulsive disorder."

21.01.2022 GREAT news for expectant Mums in this part of Idaho! "The six-week, three-hours-per-week program teaches medical-grade hypnosis techniques that enable Hypno-moms to transform the discomfort of birth to pressure, or even pleasurable sensations. The hypnosis techniques used are based on Gerald Kein's Painless Childbirth Program and are much more than simple guided imagery or relaxation."

21.01.2022 Depression can be addressed effectively with the right hypnosis.

21.01.2022 I have already mentioned the exceptional opportunity to train in hypnosis with the son of the LEGENDARY Dave Elman. Get the details in my latest newsletter.

20.01.2022 I don't know who this celebrity is, but she is obviously smart! OK, the headline mentions hypnosis for fitness motivation, but she was smart enough to go to the hypnotist to address OCD symptoms. That's a double win! :)

20.01.2022 HEALING with HYPNOSIS. Your body knows how to heal, and it has the tools to do so. 'Over six sessions, Chauvin put Kristen in a trance, and then suggested that her body repair the connections that MS has destroyed. Were visualizing building bridges and getting the body and nerves talking again, something that multiple sclerosis literally interferes with, explained Chauvin. I dont think this is just about changing her body to a relaxed state; I suspect were actually re-wiring her system on some level.'

20.01.2022 Everything is OK. <3

19.01.2022 Your words don't just influence others! What you say to yourself in the privacy of your own mind tends to become REALITY. So be MINDFUL of your language. Speak POSITIVELY about yourself and your actions. If you seek to change something, ensure you are using words that state the desired outcome (instead of words that reinforce what you don't want). This takes a little practice at first, but soon you will find it becomes second nature. Love YOURSELF. <3

18.01.2022 "Addiction" ... is it real?

18.01.2022 Have you ever experienced a healing sound bath? Here is your opportunity, this Friday in Annerley, with the outstanding Olivier Maxted. See you there! Please share the link.

17.01.2022 Living Hypnosis is now taking bookings for mid June. :) It has been a process relocating, but it's now all systems go!

17.01.2022 You can apply these principles to any part of your life relating to success and HAPPINESS, it's not just about business.

16.01.2022 I feel better prepared and it helps me get my absolute top performances. With hypnosis I can find out where there are still hidden problems, because you get to know your body well and Im able to bring myself into the right flow.

16.01.2022 I saw the ad for this TV program, and groaned loadly. It's been a while since we had one like this. These types of shows just reinforce every misconception that has ever existed about hypnosis. Whilst stage hypnosis is an excellent skill (I personally know some brilliant stage hypnotists who also do clinical work), any good stage hypnotist would never reinforce the misconceptions in this way. The one part of the article that is wrong is when they say "people differ in their ability to experience hypnosis." That's not true. Everyone can experience hypnosis, but it's always a choice. Other than that, this is an excellent, accurate article.

16.01.2022 WHERE is your MIND located?

15.01.2022 The mind-body connection. I would love you to susbscribe to my YouTube channel. More videos to come!

14.01.2022 This is on right now! Interesting thoughts...

13.01.2022 Living Hypnosis is moving! From September, Living Hypnosis will be located on the Sunshine Coast. More details to follow in coming weeks. Wherever you are right now, I hope you are having a GREAT day.

12.01.2022 The description of how tapping works is inaccurate, but it is GREAT to see the modality in the mainstream media so often these days. :)

11.01.2022 "It is the alternative birth method that midwives predict will be standard antenatal practice within a decade. Hospitals around the country are reporting a steep rise in the demand for classes in hypnobirthing, which focuses on relaxation and self-hypnosis during the birth process."

11.01.2022 "ALL East Lancashire mums-to-be will be offered self-hypnosis to reduce childbirth anxiety after a three-year test at the Blackburn and Burnley maternity centres showed it was a successful addition to care." Somebody in the NHS over in the UK is very smart to be offering this universally. :)

09.01.2022 "Just concentrate on my voice, and close your eyes" :D

09.01.2022 "I think hypnosis gives you a huge advantage," she says. "Athletes pay so much attention to all their gear, their physio, their schedule, their nutrition, but they neglect the mind."

09.01.2022 Living Hypnosis will be back in action very soon. Great times ahead!

08.01.2022 Check out this interview with my FABULOUS colleague and friend James Giunta. He blows away some of myths of our profession, and talks about some of the beautiful possibilities hypnosis can bring.

08.01.2022 This is from Bronnie Ware's book "The Top Five Regrets of the Dying" which she wrote as a reult of her work in palliative care. She writes of the phenomenal clarity of vision that people gain at the end of their lives, and how we might learn from their wisdom. "When questioned about any regrets they had or anything they would do differently," she says, "common themes surfaced again and again." 1. I wish I'd had the courage to live a life true to myself, not the life others ex...pected of me. "This was the most common regret of all. When people realise that their life is almost over and look back clearly on it, it is easy to see how many dreams have gone unfulfilled. Most people had not honoured even a half of their dreams and had to die knowing that it was due to choices they had made, or not made. Health brings a freedom very few realise, until they no longer have it." 2. I wish I hadn't worked so hard. "This came from every male patient that I nursed. They missed their children's youth and their partner's companionship. Women also spoke of this regret, but as most were from an older generation, many of the female patients had not been breadwinners. All of the men I nursed deeply regretted spending so much of their lives on the treadmill of a work existence." 3. I wish I'd had the courage to express my feelings. "Many people suppressed their feelings in order to keep peace with others. As a result, they settled for a mediocre existence and never became who they were truly capable of becoming. Many developed illnesses relating to the bitterness and resentment they carried as a result." 4. I wish I had stayed in touch with my friends. "Often they would not truly realise the full benefits of old friends until their dying weeks and it was not always possible to track them down. Many had become so caught up in their own lives that they had let golden friendships slip by over the years. There were many deep regrets about not giving friendships the time and effort that they deserved. Everyone misses their friends when they are dying." 5. I wish that I had let myself be happier. "This is a surprisingly common one. Many did not realise until the end that happiness is a choice. They had stayed stuck in old patterns and habits. The so-called 'comfort' of familiarity overflowed into their emotions, as well as their physical lives. Fear of change had them pretending to others, and to their selves, that they were content, when deep within, they longed to laugh properly and have silliness in their life again." http://www.guardian.co.uk//01/top-five-regrets-of-the-dying

07.01.2022 If you are going to make an appointment with a clinical hypnotist, make sure the practitioner is willing and able to use REGRESSION TO CAUSE. With this method, we "find the cause and fix it" to quote the great Jerry Kein. It is quick, easy ... and leads to permanent, positive change.

07.01.2022 Tapping really does work for food issues. What type of food do YOU reach for when stressed, tired, anxious or upset?

06.01.2022 "When you get into self-hypnosis, you turn your look from the outside to the inside," Piccard told Live Science. "You dont focus anymore on what happens outside, you focus only on the inside" on one's body, thoughts and emotions, he said. In this state, he said, "I'm completely relaxed the body is sleeping, but the mind is alert, and can still check instruments, talk to mission control and fly the plane."

03.01.2022 We have been getting our house ready to sell; there was lots of work involved, and a tight deadline, but we did it. It is a commonly held belief that moving house is very STRESSFUL. But perhaps it's EXCITING to plan a new home with all the changes it brings. What is YOUR experience of this? What do you think; stressful or exciting?

03.01.2022 Every respectable hypnosis clinic needs an "evil hypnotist." :) I love this, and there are some inside jokes here that I know my colleagues will enjoy. (Laughter is good for the soul, and aids healing.)

02.01.2022 Dave Elman. Hypnosis genius. The man whose work has facilitated the healing of countless people worldwide. His insights are still cutting edge today.
