23.01.2022 Our rainbow of oils doTERRA style circle at Wild Heart Yoga Tribe was a lot of fun with the ladies sharing their experiences and fun stories surrounding the oils we were exploring today!! A beautiful lady Karen Reys shared a banner she has created in the rainbow colours representing her indigenous people and what the special meanings each symbol upon the flags of the banner stand for. Thanks ladies for another gorgeous "oily" afternoon full of laughter, enlightenment and sisterhood! Looking forward to it all again next week!!

21.01.2022 Spent a gorgeous couple of hours enjoying girlie time this afternoon with a fabulous friend of mine Tegan Rein from The Nourish Your Soul Movement - cracking a geode together, lunching, strawberry picking at Shaylee Strawberries farm and spoiling ourselves with several bunches of stunning flowers from the Rose farm!! Living Life Joyfully is quality time with a wonderful friend... Thanks for creating some divine memories with me!! Xx

Note to self - buy some fresh prawns, crusty rolls and create a crisp salad to enjoy with my gorgeous Rob as a treat for dinner one night this week sitting down on the beach!! And maybe a chilled glass of white wine!!

12.01.2022 You know, I faced a major disappointment this week when a beautiful dream I had nurtured, envisioned, actioned and affirmed for 8 long months was quashed without an explanation. It was really hard not to feel completely overwhelmed and defeated by that news. That night I drove to the beach to mull over and contemplate life again and to think about the future I was so looking forward too, that is not meant to be. Armed with a 2 scoop ice cream of chocolate chip and chocolate... deliciousness, I found a quiet spot on the warm sand under a palm tree in the dark, and gazed out over the soothing ocean waves and stared up at the night sky wishing for an explanation that Im not likely to receive. The longer I sat there, the more I drew in the starlight above me and then tuned into the sea stars below the oceans surface - I started to appreciate the mirror image of what is within, is also with out. Out of disappointment a new dream can be conceived, there is no reason for the stars of the sea not to dream of the stars of the cosmos... Strength comes when one can still perceive ones own light inside even when others cant see it or overlook it. I am dreaming of conceiving a new dream that is even bigger, brighter, bolder and shinier that the one before! Stay tuned!! Xx See more

I never dreamed that 18 months ago I would have the courage to run workshops for women. Now I realise how much more at ease I am with the process of planning, implementing and leading or collaborating with other like minded women to create a fun and special space for other women to be nurtured and acknowledged in. Thank you so much for supporting me ladies so that I can support you!! Xx
